I would refer them most definitely, even though they had a big job and everyone was on it the main person made sure my issue got fixed by himself coming out and doing it himself and completely. 5*

We were in a jam! Our laundry room sink started filling with water and there was no water running anywhere. It was a Monday and we were leaving town Tuesday. I called Road Runner Monday morning and they were here Monday afternoon. Mike introduced himself and his technician, and they got to work. Within minutes he knew what the problem was and gave us two options to resolve it. We took the option that meant we wouldn’t have that problem anymore.
They were fantastic to work with! They showed us the video of before and after and it was like our line was power washed! They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even here. We aren’t going to use any other company! Road Runner is the ONE!

Mike Barra and his helper did a great job with which I am very pleased. Mike is very respectful and courteous. I would like him to come back.

I am so grateful that Frank and Diego came out today. I had my front yard soaked with water, and in less than 24 hours they came out to have it repaired. They took their time even checking .in other indented holes on their own time to ensure that this wasn’t a underground link, they didn’t have to dig anything up and then they explain to me what the sunken pieces of the ground could be caused from. I got all fresh new boxes and I am so grateful that instead of using PVC, which cracks quicker they switched to using pex which is something that I was actually looking into the day before, but had not voice to them, so I am grateful that they were thinking on the same scale that I was and they were able to take care of my needs. Total work time was about 3 hrs . Give or take. They also gave me tips , and knowledge for future issues.

Mike M. was great to work with. He showed up and went straight to work on identifying the leak coming through my garage ceiling and making the repair. Huge relief to have the issue resolved just before the holidays! Thanks Mike!

Dalton and Daniel did a great job fixing our AC! They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Dalton took the time to break everything down in a way that was easy to understand and super relatable, which I really appreciated. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed without any hassle.

Was quoted over $7,000 to replace and clear lines. Brought in Cambliss Plumbing that is also local and did everything in less than 2 hours and was told it cold take 2days buy Chris. No longer getting any business from us. New unit in place with 7 yr warranty and told only ask 2yrs.

We called Road Runner for a bursted outdoor pipe from the recent freeze and they arrived first thing in the morning to fix it in no time at all! Incredible service from Mike Marra!! He made sure to double check for any other leaks from the water meter after fixing the bursted pipe. Will always use Road Runner for our home!

Carlos came and identified a small gas leak on our tankless water heater and called CPS to help us get it repaired. Totally above and beyond but meant so much that he cared about our safety and wellbeing. Very thorough and informative. Greatly appreciated.

I have used Roadrunner Plumbing for over 10 years and always get prompt, professional service and repairs. They communicate clearly and deliver a high quality result for a fair price. I wouldn’t trust anybody else. Here’s some pictures of the pressure reducing valve they replaced. The plumber Jonathan Evans showed up on time and was done in about an hour. First class operation and plumbers.
