Scheduled an appointment and they came out same day to repair a leaking water/ice valve behind my fridge. Angel, the repairmen, and the customer service office was extremely helpful and communicative. I wasn't home and they were able to access the property and fix the issue. Awesome service and will be using them again.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. They responded quickly and were very efficient. When the tech had to come back out they worked quickly and came out when it was convenient for me. Mike was very kind along with his assistant that came along with him. Overall I would highly recommend.

I just had my water main line replaced today, and I just wanted to leave an honest review and express my gratitude towards the job that was completed and the employees that did the work. I had a plumbing EMERGENCY! The water line supplying the toilet has a valve you can use to turn water on or off. Ours completely busted which resulted in water bursting into the bathroom at full force. I needed someone to fix it fast (even though I did manage to twist the main supply off) and Guarantee Plumbing is approx. one block away. The guys came right away, installed a brand new valve, and some other device in the tank. I was so relieved!
And, the total cost was absolutely reasonable $2XX.00 ... two hundred and something...but not too bad at all since I was guessing it would have cost over 3.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. I will definitely use Guarantee Plumbing & AC, Inc. for any future requirements.

The serviceman arrived on time and even called before arriving to make sure I was at home and remembered the appointment. The serviceman's inspection of my heating and AC unit was fast and efficient and he wore covers over his shoes when he was in the house to make sure he didn't track in any dirt.

Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My parents are getting up there in years and their home needed an entire unit. Since their home is one of those older Ray Ellison homes, this required all new duct work also. The staff at Guarantee Plumbing made my parents so comfortable. They got them a great system that was efficient and would help out on their monthly electric bills. They did an amazing amount of work in a week's time. One of my mom's complaints was that it was always to hot in their back bedroom. We had to call the guys out a few days later to balance it out because she was getting cold in her room in the middle of the day. For my mom, that was heaven!

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

They charged me $13000 to repair a drain line under the slab. Encountered issues recently, they don’t answer the phone or call me back. Will file complaints with the city of San Antonio and state soon . Strike team will not allow owner to register or pull permits again. Then aging, they didn’t even pull permits for my project. It’s been a long journey, now I have a hard time trusting any trade.

I would NOT recommend this company. This past year I bought a water heater maintenance agreement. The agreement stated they would check water pressure and flush the water heater twice during the year. They came out in December 2017 and August 2018. My water heater burst on November 27, 2018. I bought this agreement specifically to avoid this problem. The plumber who came to replace (NOT Guarantee Plumbing) showed us pictures of how the water heater had been leaking for quite some time. It was pretty bad. There was even duct work that wasn't placed correctly. They also told us our water pressure was high. The plumber from Guarantee Plumbing never told us there was a leak or even that there were problems with the pressure! What a waste of money! This same plumber came out because I was having problems with the shower head, it was making a loud noise when turned on. All he did was turn on the shower and said it needed to be replaced. I paid him for coming down and he lost the check. He didn't even give me a receipt. The office however did bill me and I had to put a stop payment on the check originally given to plumber. I am extremely upset at the incompetence. There is no pride in their work, the company obviously doesn't care who they hire. The reason we got the maintenance agreement was so that it was maintained properly. They failed us in that regard. Needless to say, I will not be using Guarantee Plumbing services ever again. The service agreement is a joke. I have lost confidence and trust in the company.

By the way, the only reason they get one star is their receptionist who answers the phone. She is really good at her job.

Adrian was able to come an hour before the scheduled time, which worked out great. He was courteous and professional and most importantly honest. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with this family owned business. Fair pricing and great customer service. As a real estate investor, time and money are valuable and this company took care of both. Highly recommend you give them a call.

We had a leak under our sink and they were able to locate it and replace the piece with a quality piece, which fixed the issue. Daniel was great…he made my entire family feel comfortable about what he was doing and why he was doing it!

Plumber showed up on time with everything he needed, he was very professional. Excellent customer service and very responsive. I loved the pricing and it was worth every dollar to have a proffesional as friendly as this one service my home.

Best service ever . Ask for Shawn . He is the guy . Lowest rates in SA for any HVAc job . I had him work on my commercial AC . End hiring him to do the residential also .

The owner Daniel came out on a Friday evening to assess our slab leak and stayed late to answer all our questions. He had Justin come out a couple of days later to pinpoint the leak fix it all. A pleasure to deal with both of them.

Justin came out to my house on time. He fixed my leaking outside faucets and my tub that didn’t drain in one hour. He gave me a good price and did an excellent job!

Bad business!!! Technician was great. Gave a quote of 350.00 to snake the toilet drain and place toilet back in place. Called owner to get a military discount. Owner upped the price by 150.00. Technician came back after talking to his boss and said his boss said it would be 500.00 . The boss called me said he was à former marine. Attemped to give me a line about the complicated process reason why he jacked the price up for another marine. Im glad I didn't go to war with that devildog.
That is no way to do business. That company's loss. I have rental properties and would have given them more business. Unfortunately they are a greedy company that doesn't care about the customer just the customers money. Will never use or recomend to anyone.

The plumber went out of his way to check on a plumbing issue at a house an hour away from San Antonio. He did a great job. He also miraculously fixed a low water-pressure issue at our house and we now have a great showering experience.
