Great service, really quick. Chris did exceptional work and got all issues resolved in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend him if you need help with any plumbing issues. I would definitely call and ask for him in the future if I have any other issues.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Chris Pelayo was hands-down the most professional and knowledgeable technician I’ve ever worked with. He replaced the outdoor water spigot quickly and efficiently, then cleared a stubborn clog in one of our sinks—all in one visit. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to educate. He took the time to explain preventative tips to avoid the same issues in the future, which I truly appreciated.

Chris’s customer service was outstanding: punctual, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping customers. Blue Ribbon is lucky to have someone like Chris on their team.

Great service! I called late this morning and Noah Catlett was at my house by 1:15. He listened to my concerns , checked some things while explaining what he was doing. Turned out I didn’t need a full replacement. I truly appreciate his professionalism and experience. I will definitely request him again!

I found Blue Ribbon Cooling, Heating, Plumbing when my long time person for A/C servicing retired and sold his business to Blue Ribbon. I was nervous, but the service I received was terrific. I called on a Friday, and received a service call first thing on Saturday morning. Hayden took care of my issue. He explained it to both me and my husband. He was thorough and didn’t rush through the job. He was also respectful of both the appointment time and our home. I will use them again if the need arises!

Chris called before his arrival and was right on time. He introduced himself, was very friendly and extremely professional. He installed a new garbage disposal and tested everything for leaks. I also appreciated that he wiped everything before he left. I would definitely call Blue Ribbon in the future.
