l will never get service from Legend Plumbing again, they never gave me my refund for something that was never fix. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PROPANE GAS LINE FIX, THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICES THAT WAS NEVER BROKEN. And the manager never called me back when I asked for a call back. They didn't fix the problem, and I had to pay another company to fix what was never broken. Take my advice, save your money and get your gas line fix from a best company.

Thank you to Legend Plumbing for an excellent experience. They did an awesome job with communicating during scheduling & provided updates until their serviceman arrived. Andrew performed the needed repairs at my home & was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and kind. Andrew kept me informed of what was going on throughout the repairs. If we ever need to have any other repairs done, I would love for Andrew to be the person to help us!

These guys are terrible. We've paid them over $20k to fix our septic system and it still backs up, so we call them and they told us they don't work late on Friday afternoon or on the weekend even though they just worked on our system and it is backing up again. We paid them 4 times to pump out our septic while they tried to diagnose the problem and they never got it right! They replaced our septic pumps with $200 Amazon pumps (2 pumps) rather than the Gould pumps that were there and charges us over $1100 ea. and it didn't take long for those to burn up. Save some money and headaches by calling someone else and we can make a recommendation, just ask.

I appreciate Legend Plumbing more than they know they were prompt. Drew came out here and fix this problem. I had in the wall quickly. He knowledgeable and very respectful thank you Legend Plumbing for always being there for my needs and most of all for fixing my water heater today.

FANTASTIC JOB

At first I didn't know if Legend would show up . When they did , they said it was water pressure, Three other companies said it was the water heater. Legend replace the water pressure valve. It's working like when I brought the house.

Fair upfront pricing. We have used them for years and it's hard to find good fair plumbers like legend

I thought my septic needed work---turned out my 2 toilets were messed up with a lot of calcium deposits and were needing replacement. Legend was a fabulous company to call and fix my problems.
The technician was skillful, answered all questions and gave information for my very hard water in Guadalupe county and this is great information. They purchased the items for me; saving me traffic in S.A. Now, that's great service!
They are the plumber to call when you need the Real Experts to come to the rescue. Polite, family owned, courteous , can't ask for better! oh yes, the tech put up with my kitten's curiousity! They are on my go-to list for future situations-very strongly recommended; 10 gold stars!

Do not hire this company. They broke our ac and didn’t cover the cost. They seem like a very professional company at first but they hire 3rd party contractors that are not. Don’t waste your money.

While I feel the plumbing team was top notch, the drywall team was 3rd string. No care in covering up anything before spraying. Cost me hours of cleaning up and painting whole rooms instead of small areas. Dust is expected, overspray isn't. The texture just doesn't match, and this is after they came back a 2nd time to fix 10 of the 40 holes. Customer Service did call me back, but I missed their call and left a message. I don't want the same drywallers because I don't feel they have the skills to match my texture, and it's just normal knock down. Again great for plumbing, but not drywall.

Very professional yet friendly and very informative young men

We had a water well not working and tried to fix it ourselves with the typical pressure switch and then control box with no help , still no water 😞 for our family living on the farm.
Called a few well company's and either didn't get a call back or told it would be more than a week to even check it out.
Called PF Well Service and Phil called back within 30 minutes and we explained the situation and he just happened to be going to be in the area, Somerset and he said he could go by after he finished his other job and that is just what he did and sent us the estimate the following day so we could get the probate court to approve the repairs, the court took a week to approve it.
We gave Phil the ok to get the pump and pressure tank replaced but he said maybe a week before he can get it done, but he was able to shift his schedule around and Phil had a crew at the farm in 2 days and got it done that day.
We were thrilled with the professional service and caring attitude to the situation and highly recommend PF Well Service to anyone who needs water well service.
