Impressive showroom and very helpful sales staff

Once upon a time, this was the Bed and Kitchen Showplace, a retail outlet for plumbing fixtures with layers of dust dating to the 1970s. As of 2017, it has been fully renovated, rebranded as Facets, and transformed into a glorious glimpse into the future of American Water Life. The merchandise here will prompt you to roll in manure solely to imagine bathing in a tub that uses AI for massage therapy; to guzzle gallons of coffee and gatorade to favor your chances of relieving your bladder in eau de toilette more luxurious than the finest perfume; and to cajole your significant other into murdering royalty so that you might wash your hands compulsively under water cascading out of avante garde taps like liquid love. Next to Facets, everything else is just pit latrines and cholera.

Good showroom. Very nice employees. Helpful in getting you the product you want. Good product knowledge. You need an appointment.

This place is simply beautiful...its showroom is so beautiful! We found this place because we were looking for a antique bronze faucet. This place is such a hidden gem. So be prepared before you go...you might want to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment because of covid 19. We ended up finding our kitchen faucet there.... and this is after we had been looking everywhere.

We saw this place online and drove from 3 hours away just to be ignored. Three employees looked at us as we passed them by in the small showroom. After walking around for 15 minutes without acknowledgement, I finally called one over who said we needed an appointment. I explained we came from 3 hours away. We did pass the receptionist twice who didn't ask us if we wanted an appointment. We also passed the other salesperson who held open the door for us on the way out without saying a word. It was all very odd. We certainly weren't rude or anything, so I'm not sure why the lack of service. We'll get our faucets where people aren't snobs.

I had an excellent experience with Dillon plumbing when they came out to help me figure out the issues I was having. Jon specifically was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly to me! He was quick and efficient with his skills! I highly recommend them!

The freezing temps led to a leaky copper pipe in our kitchen. Clayton (and Mandy) with Dillon Plumbing were quick to respond, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable on not only how to fix the problem but provide a long-term resolution to avoid problems from happening in the future! We are currently selling our house and the inspector said our PSI was way too high at 110 and needed to be reduced to the proper PSI limits. We called Dillon Plumbing Company and they were professional, punctual, and proficient. The job was done within the hour they arrived and he had to replace our entire system outside due to it never being replaced and being so old. He educated us on what maintenance is needed to maintain proper PSI. Thank you so much!

I was randomly trying to find a good plumber and called one group that was too busy to take my time-critical job. They did, however, recommend to me Dillon Plumbing. I called, they answered and responded quickly to some faucet repair I wanted to make while company was in town. They charged me a reasonable amount and fixed the problem faucets quickly.

I invited Dillon Plumbing back to my house a few weeks later when I discovered what I thought might be a leaky water heater in the attic. They fixed the problem but recommended that I consider some work that would lower my water pressure coming into the house. This was creating some of the problems I'd been experiencing. They came back and adjusted the pressure to the maximum safe level and offered to make other changes so we would still be happy with the system at the new lower pressure.

Long story made somewhat shorter, a great couple of experiences. They have proven themselves to me by quickly and expertly helping and will be my first call moving forward for any plumbing needs.

Clayton is so professional and extremely helpful. He saved me so much money and I just feel so blessed to have found him. He came very highly recommended and I would also highly recommend him. I had the opportunity at my business to ask another plumbing company what they would have charged me for exactly same work that Clayton completed at my home. It would have been double the cost!! Clayton left my tub cleaner than it has ever been and the toilet area was scrubbed and left in immaculate condition. He and his wife are so kind and go way above and beyond!! I will never switch plumbers! He and his wife are the best!!
