Jacob came highly recommended by friends who had used his plumbing services, and he absolutely lived up to the praise. We originally called him for a hot water issue, expecting a simple fix—flushing the hot water heater to remove sediment and replacing one or both heater elements.

Jacob tackled the job with great determination, spending four hours flushing and draining the system due to heavy sediment buildup. Unfortunately, when he went to replace the heater element, he discovered that the threads were too rusted to secure it properly. This meant a new water heater was needed—and, of course, it was the upstairs unit.

Jacob and his helper returned the very next day to install the new water heater. They went the extra mile to ensure all the fixtures in the house were working perfectly, checking that the sediment from the old unit hadn’t caused additional issues. Two fixtures did need attention, and they addressed those without hesitation.

Jacob’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an easy choice for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great work, Jacob!

I had Jacob the owner of Stultz Plumbing come to my home to help me find a leak in my water line that caused me to have a $300 water bill. He did a pressure test and found out it was a leak in my sprinkler system. He dug around in my yard in a few spots where the ground was a little soft,
however we couldn’t find the actual part of the system that was leaking. We turned off the sprinkler system which stopped the leaking. I received a full refund of my $300 water bill. Jacob did not charge me one penny for that. After that, I knew I would not use any other plumbing company except Stultz from then on.
Some time later I had a broken kitchen faucet. I bought a new one however I could not get my old one out. As hard as I tried I could not get the nut under the sink to budge. I bought every plumbing tool that Home Depot had and still couldn’t get it off. I called Jacob and he was here the very next day. He went to work on my faucet and he worked and worked and worked and worked without any luck. I told him I didn’t care how it came off so he got out his saws-all and went to work. I need to say it wasn’t just like that. Jacob took every effort to respect my sink and countertop. He was very meticulous on how and where he cut and not to damage anything. After 3 hours it was finally off. Jacob installed the new faucet and then I hit him with another request, to remove all the RO system from under my sink. Completed that in no time, and tacked and plugged everything nice and neat. I really expected a huge bill, after all he did spend over 3 hours here. Jacob said I only had to pay what he quoted me because he charges for the job and not hourly. Listen, he did not have to do that knowing that it was way more work than we thought. Jacob is the most honest plumber or any other technician I know. He does excellent work, is very professional and careful not to cause any damage to your property. Honestly, there is no other plumber I would trust with my needs. I wish he was an electrician, painter and remodeler too.
I would not hesitate to recommend Stultz Plumbing to my family and friends. So, if you have a plumbing problem, call Jacob and relax knowing the problem will be taken care of by the best plumber in the state of Texas.

We were dealing with a blockage in our pipes for a good few weeks with no success at getting ahold of any company or anyone showing up to help. Finally called Stultz Plumbing and they came and fixed our issue in a couple of hours! Now our pipes are fixed and I can run our washer with no issues once again. Will be recommending them!

June 2025 - It was great working with Stultz Plumbing to address a sump pump issue in our elevator. They listened to our concerns and addressed the problem promptly. When an issue arose, they were quick to communicate with me and provide a timetable for resolving the issue. I will be using their services again for our business.

September 2025 Update - We used Stultz Plumbing for a second project that included installing sump pumps in a crawl space under our three story building that was having flooding issues. They helped evaluate our concrete basin designs that held the new sump pumps and offered advice to improve the basin design. They also suggested a different kind of sump pump that was better suited to the needs of the crawl space. In addition, we contracted with them to excavate and grade the soil in our crawl space, routing our flood waters to the newly installed sump pumps. Jacob and his team were efficient, communicated well, and offered excellent customer service. We highly recommend their services for your business or residential needs.
