Jacob from Stultz came by my house for a different reason but diagnosed several other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed including fixing the vent on the water heater so we don’t get CO2 poisoning!! 20/10!!!

Zachery Rivera came out to help us with our gas issues this Saturday late afternoon.He wasn’t given but 30 minutes notice from Stultz plumbing to come out. He’s great! I would recommend Stultz Plumbing to anyone.

Jacob provided excellent service! He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job. The repair was completed quickly and correctly and he even helped us locate and purchase the parts we had been unable to find. We couldn’t be happier with the job he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation.

I have to say I was amazed with Stultz plumbing. I called to get my hot water heater replaced. Instead Jacob showed up a on a Sunday afternoon, and told me he would like to check to see if I actually needed a new one. When most people would have just put a new one in and charged me more than I could afford. But not Jacob the owner, he checked outside breakers, went back to the water heater, and pushed a reset button, and it started working. I offered to pay for his time, he said don’t worry about it. Stultz plumbing is number one in my opinion, and they have me as a customer for life, I will recommend them to everybody. Very nice, polite and professional, friendly. He could tell I was stressing about it, and he told me not to worry when I need a new one he will work something out, so he also put me at ease. Thank you Jacob you not only went above and beyond, but you helped me by restoring faith in humanity and there are still honest, hardworking gentleman out there. Had an excellent experience with Stultz plumbing. My 89 year old mother called them when her main sewer line got clogged with tree roots. They sent Zachary and Jose out at noon and the line was cleared and repaired by that afternoon. Mom was very happy with their fast professional work. Give them a shot.

We had a vacuum breaker break during a recent freeze that then disabled the auto-refill for our pool. Mr. Stultz fixed the issue in a timely manner, he also gave us instructions on the proper way to drain it to avoid breakage from a winter freeze again, which is different from what our pool contractor taught us.

We also truly appreciate his communication. He kept us informed about his arrival time etc. We feel like he had a great respect for our time, too. Plus, he has excellent business manners, being polite and courteous the whole time.

We definitely will keep him in our list for future plumbing issues for both our pool and house.

Jacob was wonderful. He skillfully broke up a clog in our sewer pipes under the slab in our house. He had great knowledge in using his camera to help rule out any major causes. This put us at ease! We greatly appreciate his time and attention to details. Thank you so much for your help!!
