There are not enough STARS to really show how great this team is. We had a water outage. Call the SAWS who determined that the problem was on the owner...Set an appointment with a local vendor who never showed...After calling 4 other vendors got to "SEWERTV." IMMEDIATE SPONSE, AND ARRIVED 20 MINUTES BEFOR THE PROMISED TIME. Went to work immediately. resolved our problem and then gave a tutorial which will prevent future problems of of this nature... We have removed all other plumbing services from our address ledger. Any of you who have my personal contact info will let you the name of the company that never responded after more than 6 hours after the promised time. YES! CONTACT SEWERTV FOR YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS. I have a recurring plumbing clog in one bathroom. AC condensate drain line awkwardly ties into P trap area and clogs with gunk quickly rather than sensibly running outside of house. I’ve addressed it myself 4 times. Called SewerTV and the guys came out and cleared it for no charge!! They were out a month ago for a separate issue. I swear by this company. Honest, affordable and very helpful. My issue is going to require a more comprehensive fix of rerouting of the condensate line on outside of house. The guys explained the best method and also emphasized how easy it would be for me to do myself to save money. Great company!!

These guys were super professional and very responsive and had very reasonable prices. They were more interested in helping solve my issues then they were worried about getting paid! Would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue!

I called a few other plumbing companies late at night and got no answer. Called Dave at 9 pm about my pipes being backed up and his team had it fixed by 9am the next morning. On top of that, he gave me great pricing on the hydrojet service to make sure my pipes stay cleared for longer (roots got into my pipes) I can’t recommend SewerTv enough.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain, I had a local plumber come out and try and to snake our drain, but it didn't work. The snake coiled up and they said it's probably a busted pipe. Referred us to RotoRouter and they wanted me to sign a LOAN application before they would even come out and look at the problem. When I asked them about getting a camera down in there to look at the problem, they said with the clog, they wouldn't be able to see anything and would need to get under the house first. Roto was going to charge TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS to dig and replace our pipes.

All SewerTV needed was less than 10 minutes of HydroJett cleaning and its working like new again. Sink was filled with 20 years of grease, they also advised on how to keep the build up from happening again.

They camera'd the system after cleaning and the pipe is fine! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE call these guys first before you sign anything and have them come look at your pipes.

This is the first time I've left a review for anything other than a restaurant, but I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I am after working with Dave at Sewer TV. Excellent customer service, very fair prices, and he knows what he's doing. I was almost resigned to a very expensive tunneling operation to fix a sewer clog/pipe. They came in quickly, did the job right, and pointed out what the last crew had done wrong - and they are going to fix it! Dave and Dustin from SewerTV are incredible! I had a prior plumber snake out my sewer line with no luck. Their video guy stated I more than likely needed tunneling. I decided to get a second opinion. Called SewerTV. So glad I did. They showed up when they said they would. Turns out I had solid gunk which would not have been cleaned without use of extensive tooling that these guys had. Dave spent nearly 2 hours running cameras to pinpoint a leak and to determine if my sewer line really needed to be repaired. He found that the leak was extremely minor, that my sewer line was typical, and that tunneling to the leak was not necessary, saving me from unnecessary and costly repairs.

Most plumbers wanted to charge me $1,200-$1,800 to run cameras, but Dave did not charge me a dime for his time and expertise. His honesty and thoroughness were truly exceptional. Backed up kitchen sink. Rotorooter sent 2 cable plumbers and a camera tech. Charged us $350 and told us the line was broken and we needed to spend $13k to fix.

The plumbing team came out and did a great job evaluating the problem at my home. They used their cameras in the drains and vents connected to the master bath as well as equipment that locates problems through the slab. They explained the problem in detail and sent an estimate out that evening. I hope to use them in the future to correct the line break as I am confident they will make a quality repair.

Clear, concise and quick. Dave & Dustin were no BS, fast & efficient from beginning to end. Had them out for residential drain jetting and they knocked it out, ran the camera to ensure it was gone, and ran test loads of laundry to make sure it ran smoothly. Plus they provided lots of info on maintaining a clear line for the home. Highly recommend!
