Terrible Company, AMATEURS, avoid at all costs.

This company installed a tub spout diverter valve (the valve that diverts water from the bathtub to the shower) on the upstairs bathroom of the home I was in the process of purchasing. Literally 7 days later, after moving in we noticed water leaking from the first floor ceiling. We were unsure what it was. There are two bathrooms located upstairs, the washer and dryer, it could have been anything. The last thing we expected was this $15 diverter valve that was replaced by a “professional” company. We luckily have a home warranty; another plumber was quickly dispatched out. We were expecting something major, but it turned out to be the very same diverter valve that Ohaver replaced. It was incorrectly installed as the new plumber explained, the O-ring was not on properly and it leaked into the wall, down to the first floor ceiling. The new plumber installed it correctly and we have not had any leaks since.

I contacted James at Ohaver and explained the situation. All I asked for was to be reimbursed the $100 service fee for my home warranty, he initially agreed and said he would send out a check. Weeks rolled by and nothing. I called them again, he replied they WOULD NOT REINBURSE ME because they were not allowed to do the work/I did not call them when I noticed the leak. ?? As I tried to explain to James, how could I possibly know that was the issue? It seemed like a major leak and we have a home warranty. After all they are supposed to be professionals, they charged $190 for a $15 part and less than 30 minutes of labor. That is a whopping $350 per hour of labor!!! What a RIPOFF, and they did a slap happy job, DID NOT EVEN TEST THEIR WORK, otherwise they would have noticed the leak. Even after I explained all this James replied the owner is denying $100 Reimbursement. THEY ARE CROOKS!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!

Called O'haver because Snowvid wrecked the plumbing in our building. They couldn't come out right away because of the volume of emergency calls EVERY plumber in the San Antonio received.I know because I called a dozen trying to find someone. O'haver came out very late in the afternoon and stayed LATE until the leaks were fixed. The guys were pleasant and in a remarkably good mood considering it was still very cold under the building where the leaks were. All in all they fixed about a dozen leaks and got our building back up and running.

Definitely recommend O'haver plumbing!

We have had O'Haver take care of routine plumbing issues for us in the past and they have always been rapid and responsive. Our most recent issue came after extensive remodeling of our shower with additional plumbing. The contractor noted our plumbing wasn't draining and his subcontracted plumber diagnosed a critical problem that would require digging 6 feet under the house, breaking the septic lines, installing a new line and a clean out...to the tune of $1800-$2500! I called O'Haver and explained the issue. They sent a crew out the next day with cameras and noted a chunk of concrete had fallen into the newly installed line. They cleared the line and saved us from a huge bill: a mere $369! You can't thank such a responsive, competent company enough! We just want to thank them as publicly as possible and hope they continue to thrive!

We are trying to do an ADA remodel and the first time they came out they were on time. The second time they were supposed to come out first thing in the morning but they came out late due to supposedly not getting dispatched out. On What was supposed to be the final plumbing install they were supposed to come out mid morning, but were a complete no show no call and we had to wait an entire weekend with out use of bathroom sinks lets see if they show up on Monday as promised so my husband is able to use our bathroom. Note to self I will never use the company on my own the only reason we still have to use them is because they are under contract with the construction company.

On a recommendation, I contacted O’Haver with plumbing issues that needed to be addressed and they responded same day, scheduled & serviced our home within 24 hours! The service technician was friendly, efficient, & extremely knowledgeable.
Invoicing process was seamless & they called to ensure we were satisfied with the svc provided! I highly recommend this company; great svc with a reasonable price is hard to find, so kudos and thank you!

O'Haver has earned my loyalty! They responded quickly, acted professionally, and were fairly priced. Brandon completed his work and explained the situation in a detailed and patient manner. He also went above and beyond when there was a question regarding city accountability. With his help, the city came out the same day to complete repairs.
