Price appeared to be the going price. Dustin was the first to answer my call and came out the same day and in the time he said. He took the time to answer my questions...loved it. Took the time to prep all sinks and vents...I really appreciated that. Great attitude, good quality work. They are my plumbers...period.

Dave and his son came out today because my toilet was leaking. I had put some blue food coloring in the water tank and sure enough the blue color was leaching into the bowl. My plan was to replace the flapper myself until I took a look at the menagerie of parts in the tank. So they came out and took that pile of stuff out. After adding up the cost of replacing the parts they decided it was more cost effective to buy a new toilet. So they made a run to the store and had a new assembly in place within about an hour and a half. The old toilet threw them some curve balls they hadn't counted on so what should have been a quick job became quite drawn out. They were very calm and professional and cleaned everything up nicely. Dave is really funny to listen to the way he rants about the crappy toilets we buy from Home Depot and Lowes. I highly recommend this company. They come when they say they are coming and their costs are reasonable. I won't go anywhere else.

Dave and his son Justin came out to give me an analysis and estimate on my sewer issues. They were very knowledgeable, fair, and very nice. They gave me sound and fair advice on my issue and then looked around my home and gave me advice on how to prevent other issues. Both are very friendly and Dave has a fun, colorful personality. I am so glad that I called them!

I recently had an experience (on the road with a employee driving) with Silver Star and it was AWFUL!! The guy cut my father off on the highway, with no signal, drove extremely poorly and then flicked us off. I threw my hands up at him and I assume he was having a bad day because that instigated his middle finger. I refuse to use a company with such poor quality employees. That’s all.

Tim was absolutely fantastic. We were selling our home and discovered a break in our sewer line. We were on a tight schedule and they were able to get a quote to us right away and get the repairs done asap for exactly as much as we were quoted. I can't recommend them enough.

Found out I had a leak on my property. Called a couple of times each time they where helpful. Even help me noticed when I called them that SAWS had an issue with there side of the pipes. Nice honest guys. Chris had worked on my property 8 years ago and remember some of the work he had done. This was an older pipe that cracked fixed it fast. Always the first and only plumbers I can trust.
