Ariel was the representation we encounter for this company, he came in August to give us our free estimate on gutter installation. He was professional and not the pushy rep like others, he represented the company well.

Stevie Roy & Dalton completed our install for gutters on our home 9/26/2025. Stevie came to the door to inform me they had arrived and asked if I had any questions before they began. They were very polite, professional and punctual. We had other projects going on at the same time of the installation, but they were able to work around those projects. Stevie & Dalton did a great job on our installation.

I do not remember the female who called to schedule the appointment and called to remind me of the appointment, she was very pleasant, great customer service!

5 Stars: After dismantling our wood burning fireplace and installing an electric one, our 33 year old chimney needed to come down. The contractor that did the work doesn’t do roofs, so I called Prime Seamless (previous roof installer after hail damage) to remove and patch-up the chimney area. George Ramirez came over and gave us a good estimate and what to expect. Even though the roofer worked on our hot roof during the worst part of the day for 2 1/2 hours by himself, the completed job was well worth it. George was very thorough on the job description and estimate, with no adjustments needed. George worked with us very well in determining what we needed to get done. We are working with him again on installing a new gutter system. So far so good 👍🏼
4 Stars Update: Gutter repair and install done quickly and mostly efficiently. Looks nice. Repair was to existing gutter system that leaned too much and only 1 downspout, repair done well except broke some branches on my bush. New gutter system hopefully works well except it might be too short and drip into our pond…next rain, we’ll see. A fix is available , if needed.

We had a great experience with Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing serving San Antonio and Austin. Billy, who provided our initial consult, was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The install team, Sam and Jacob, did an excellent job as well — they worked efficiently, were professional, and clearly took pride in their work.
I guess we have a bit of an odd shaped roof on the edges so they had to add spacers and diverters from what I was told and we are happy with how it all turned out.
Everything looks really nice and we have no complaints so far. Once we get some good rain, if there are any issues we’ll come back and update this review, but as of now everything looks great. Very happy with the service overall.

They did an excellent job by helping me deal with my insurance that wanted to pay only for the a few shinty that were damaged by a hail storm, Excel put a beautiful brand new heavy duty roof on my home and garage.

My entire experience with the Excel roofing team was amazing. Bryce and Tristan from the San Antonio office offered extremely friendly and professional service. It is very obvious they know what they're doing and care about their customers. Being a first time home owner I assumed this process would be difficult, I was very wrong. Bryce broke down all the paperwork, schedule and exactly how everything would go. He kept in touch regularly with updates and immediately addressed any questions or concerns I had. We used Excel Construction Group for a roof replacement and it was excellent in all ways possible. The complimentary inspection was professional and thorough, the project specialist, Nathan Shepherd showed us the pictures of damage and assisted in filing the insurance claim with USAA, USAA and Nathan were detailed in the explanations of costs and expenditures. After USAA inspection and claim approved, Nathan helped us select shingle cover and date for installation. Per agreement the roofing crew arrived early 6:45am and completed all work by 5pm. The installation was superb, looks great, added ridge vents, and the cleanup was more than perfect. The picked up every single scrap, nail, trash, etc. and even went to adjacent neighbors' houses for any scraps that went over the fences. The materials were delivered the day before on the driveway waiting for the workers the next morning. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE. They also do other projects too. Website is excellent for information. NATHAN is the best.

Great Quality worked on my roof replacement

I just needed a chimney patched was recommended MT Superior Roofing. Carlos came when stated he would be here looked it over gave us an estimate & came back with his crew and got the job done. They were even caught in the rain and still finished the job,

I am so happy that I chose MT Superior Roofing to repair my asphalt shingles damaged by wind storm. Their price was so reasonable compared to another estimate I got. Fast service! I was given before and after pictures too. Very satisfied customer!!!
