What an excellent experience we had with Lynx Roofing!! Chris and Cassie are the absolute best. They are so knowledgeable and professional. They walked us through the entire process and everything they said they would do, they did. We were provided a link that had pictures of the original damaged roof, and they uploaded new pictures as the work was being done. The materials and a trash bin were dropped off the night before work was to be started. The crew showed up at 7am and were done by 2pm - this included cleaning up everything and hauling the trash bin out. Our yard looked better after they left!! If you need a new roof or gutters installed/repaired, you cannot go wrong with Lynx Roofing. We cannot thank them enough for the excellent work!!

I just want to share my amazing experience with Lynx Roofing… I had a leak in my building, so I called them to come help me. They showed up early to the appointment and diligently went to work. Lynx is incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly honest. They could have tried to sell me on something I didn’t need, or claimed to have fixed the problem, but instead they were honest with me and said this leak is a very challenging one. Lynx suggested that we wait till the next hard rain to come out and successfully identify the problem. It’s hard to find a company these days with such integrity and honesty, but Lynx Roofing has these qualities and because of that I will continue to hire them for my roofing needs in the future. I highly recommend anyone in need of roofing services to hire this company! They are above and beyond!!

UPDATE: We had a hard rain and Lynx came out and successfully identified the problem and fixed it! Excellent company with excellent customer service!

I had Matthew come out to check on a roof leak that was being troubleshot by a plumber & remediation company to no avail. He was able to find several issues on our roof that required resealing. Most of the culprits were around pipejacks, where sealing material had eroded away due to weathering.
A few days later, one area was still causing a concern, so Chris came out to check and reseal a specific pipejack, which resolved the leak. We just had rain two days in a row, and it's been 5 days without a leak from that trouble area.

Both Matthew and Chris were professional, had clear communication on finding a solution, and answered all my questions.

Chris and his team are honest and so easy to work with! Chris came out and did a roof inspection after a hail storm. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a very professional report on the status of my roof. Luckily, I didn’t need to have any repairs - but his inspection gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Lynx Roofing!

Absolutely fantastic! Greatly appreciate the communication, efficiency, and incredible work done. I would say that our roof looks the best in the neighborhood, even with other recent replacements. It was completed in one day, non invasive (a little loud with the small army that performed the service- but to be expected), and most importantly Lynx helped guide me through the process with my insurance company, before, during, and after the claim. Tile roof repair and wood fascia replacement.
To their credit; when they realized that there were in reality far more tiles in need of replacement than initially estimated, they held to their initial estimate. Further, when they accidentally damaged another roof component without my noticing, they were honest, told me, and replaced it quickly. The actual work quality seems good, they took the trouble to take old tiles from a less visible part of the roof and moved those to replace the visible damaged tiles, placing the new ones where less visible.

Will reach out to them again should I have future roof repair needs.
