Dustin had other projects going on but checked on everything at the start, middle and end of the project. My experience with Ideal Precision Roofing was Awesome from beginning to end. I had my 21 year old roof replaced. A co-worker recommended them, and after three other proposals, I chose Ideal Precision. They are professional, courteous, explain the entire process and they follow through. My project manager was Jeff Beasley. He was always on top of everything, explained the different materials and options. He was patient with my many questions and responded timely to my emails and texts. My neighbor also works in the roofing business and he also had good things to say about Ideal Precision Roofing. Not to be forgotten Jacklyn Pancake in the front office was extremely helpful with paperwork, follow-up and a great contact. I highly recommend Ideal Precision Roofing and Jeff Beasley specifically!

I especially appreciated the online estimate service he offered through his website. I recently had Dustin Pozan with Ideal Precision put a top notch roof onto my house in Hollywood Park and I am amazed at the level of professionalism that Dustin and his team offered! The man is a perfectionist and it shows. I also found him to be honest, dependable and reasonable. He differentiated himself because of how vested, how versed and how gung ho he was to get the job done properly. Also the guy is just pleasant to work with, he is the kinda guy you want to see succeed b/c he is so likeable and fair. I met with a lot potential roofers before him. I was actually loathe to get the entire thing done for fear of getting ripped off. Anyhow, before choosing Dustin I first met with a General Contractor, met with reps from Bison roofing and Bondoc roofing but ended up going with Dustin & Ideal Precision. The other reps seemed more sales oriented but Dustin knew the sale side and the technical roof side and he was willing to make absolutely sure that once the work got under way all of my concerns were addressed. Dustin had a lot of confidence in his team and I wanted laborers around that I could trust (they ended up being a great crew). Dustin's pricing was fair, the work was fast but thorough and the roof looks amazing. Dustin was on site for the roofing job and for the following day clean up and for many other meetings with me. He personally did the final walk-thru with me to ensure that everything looked flawless and was up to his high standards.

Anyhow, I’m stoked to have a new roof on the house and that the process went so smoothly. Being as businessman myself I was frank with Dustin and told him that with his technical skills, communication skills, and overall charisma he could just start his own company and would clean-up in the roofing market. One day I am sure he will be running his own top tier company, the guy simply has what it takes. Until then, Ideal is lucky to have him as an asset. Thanks friend!

The project manager, Gabe Doss, and his crew were fantastic to work with. Gabe guided me through the whole process, was prompt to respond to any questions I had (which was quite a few). His team came on the appointed date early in the morning and got right to work. I felt supported every step of the way and was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the roof replacement was done. The team also cleaned up the debris very well after they completed the project. Thank you very much, Gabe and team!

If you are in need of roof repair, you NEED to contact Ideal Precision. Dustin helped us from beginning to end on the whole process plus answered any questions or concerns. They worked around our schedule due to solar panels. Work was completed in one day. One of the best companies we have worked with.

Dustin Pozen came out to inspect our roof and instructed us of the process. He took pictures, eagle views and submitted all the needed information to the adjuster for a roof replacement. All we had to do was submit the claim to our insurance and he took care of the rest. He was very professional, answered our calls promptly, came early on the day of installation and even came the day after to make sure everything was cleaned up. Roof was installed in one day and looks great. We had a great experience with ideal precision roofing.

After having my roof for a little over four years, I noticed the flashing was separating from the siding. I documented the issue with pictures and reached out to my sales representative but received no response. I then contacted the company directly and eventually received a text stating the issue was considered "normal maintenance," particularly for metal roofing. They said they would "see what they could do," but I received no definitive timeline or follow-up.
When I requested a copy of my warranty, I was only sent the original contract stating “10-Year Warranty on all Re-Roofs” — with no details outlining what’s actually covered. I later received a call from a front desk clerk stating someone would be sent out, but again, no time or date was provided. I discovered via my driveway security cameras that someone was on my property without prior notice. I met a single worker and a woman named Jennifer, who said they had received pictures but no clear instructions on what the issue was.
The worker lacked proper safety equipment and could only address what he could safely reach. He applied two or more tubes of caulk and lots of screws to various areas. Jennifer also stated she would get with Ideal rep, took my number down and stated she would be in contact. Despite the situation, communication remains poor, and I still haven’t received a detailed breakdown of my warranty. I’ve gone from being extremely satisfied to feeling neglected and frustrated, and now I've no warranty for my 4-year-old roof. I have another roof company coming to give me an idea of my problems and fix the problems they find. As a fellow veteran who initially chose this company for their integrity and shared values, I can no longer recommend their services and am revising my rating.

-Though Remedy was fully transparent and highly rated, they did not complete the work I needed.

OLD Review:
I had purchased my residence a little over 18 months ago and the roof had some unknown multiple small leaks in different places that became apparent with the heavy rain storm. While getting bids to fix the leaks and gain insight about the health of our roof we decided to replace it with either a asphalt shingle roof or a metal roof. I have contacted several roofing companies to get both a 50 year composition roof and a metal roof quote. Needless to say when Dustin Pozan came out to give me a bid he went above and beyond of what the other companies have.

He inspected my roof, took multiple pictures to show me issues and concerns he had, as well as fixed all the leaks till the new roof could be funded even though there where no guarantee that he would be installing the new roof.

Dustin - came within the center range of my budget, was upfront about all cost and replacement items, as well as went above what the other companies have stated with the extra cost of decking, fascia, and even trim pieces.

His crew was very professional, polite and clean. They removed and installed my new roof within the set time frame. I did not have to worry about anything during the roof replacement and if I had any questions or concerns they were addressed in a short time frame and no excuses were given.

Dustin was a great project manager for my home’s full roof replacement. He made the process easy and conducted all the negotiations with my insurance adjuster and helped save me a lot of time. He provided accurate estimates, communicated thoroughly and was very professional. I highly recommend Dustin with Ideal Precision.

The worker could only handle what he could safely reach because he lacked the necessary safety gear. He used numerous screws and two or more caulk tubes on different places. Additionally, Jennifer said she would speak with an Ideal representative, took down my phone, and promised to get in touch. I still haven't gotten a thorough explanation of my warranty, and communication is still lacking. My 4-year-old roof's warranty has expired, and I've gone from being really happy to feeling abandoned and irritated. Had 0 issues with the roofing crew and happily, we experienced no surprises. Everything was well coordinated and executed!

Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with James Keithley and Drew Robertson at Ideal Precision Roofing and Exteriors in the process of replacing my roof after a hail storm. The level of professionalism and expertise both they and their team demonstrated was outstanding! From the outset, they provided clear and thorough answers to all my questions, ensuring I understood each step of the process and never expressing frustration or undue haste in responding to any of my inquiries. Questions were answered promptly and completely, even on weekends, and the whole process was completed with my schedule in mind. James also managed communications with my insurance carrier, advocating for the maximum compensation on my behalf, which greatly simplified the claims process.
The project itself, directly overseen by Drew, was carried out with impressive efficiency—completed in a single day without compromising quality. Every member of their staff was courteous, respectful, and clearly committed to delivering outstanding service. They arrived on time, worked together as a team, and left the property spotless. Going above and beyond merely replacing shingles, they also replaced damaged siding and areas of rotting wood where needed. I cannot say enough about their teamwork and dedication to a job well done.
