I hired Robert from Bison Roofing to inspect my roof vents, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. During the inspection, he discovered one vent that was infested with wasps. Instead of just flagging the issue and leaving it to me, he went above and beyond—he waited while I ran to the store to grab wasp and hornet spray, then climbed back up and took care of the problem himself.

After clearing the wasps, he re-inspected the vent thoroughly and confirmed there were no structural issues. He also checked my attic to make sure everything was intact and secure. Throughout the process, he was professional, informative, and clearly committed to doing the job right. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

To future customers, be warned! Everything started out great with the inspection and quote. Then we agreed to the start date and time. The start time was from 10:00-11:00am. On the day of the scheduled service 11:30 came and no service technician or phone call. I called the production manager and he was baffled as to why his employee wasn't at my residence. He called the employee and then informed me the employee had an issue and he wasn't able to come out on that scheduled time. I said I understood and we agreed for him to come out the next day at 7:30am. Once again, on the day of agreed upon service 8:00 came and again no technician. I called the company and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. The employee finally showed up at 8:36am. We discussed what was supposed to be done and he wasn't very clear on what needed to be done and asked me how I wanted it to be fixed. I informed him I know nothing about fixing roofs and told him I would print off a copy of the quote of what was to be fixed. I went to the computer and printed the quote. When I returned outside to give it to the technician, he was gone. He did not tell me anything, and just left. At which time the CEO of the company called me to discuss the issue. I explained to him what had happened and he agreed the production manager should not have given specific times due to the nature of the roofing business. The CEO said he was going to get to the bottom of the matter. When I asked to be compensated for my time and money. He replied they're not a non-profit business. I informed him I wasn't asking for a free service. However, if he understood good customer service, at least ask, "How can we make this right?" Possibly offer 10% off of the cost. By this point I was frustrated with the conversation and attempted to end it. He then tried to explain how he was a 42 / year / old male and he demanded that I showed him respect the same way he showed me respect. I then explained to him how customer service worked. I inquired about a refund of the deposit and I would take my business elsewhere. He states they don't refund the deposit once the work commences. I said fine, do the work and the conversation was over. I ended the phone call at that time. So, by all means if you want a headache, poor customer service, and late/no-show technicians. Then use this company. So disappointed!

Great company with actual offices and company trucks, which is something you don’t see regularly in Texas.

From repairs, to full reroofs, to help after the storm, Bison roofing will be there for you, and still be there to answer the phones and back their work up in the unlikely event they need to.

I just had a new roof put on by Bison Roofing. They were outstanding. Joel Zuniga and his team started Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon it was done. It looks fantastic! Joel and team worked hard and worked well together. Joel kept me up to date in person and videos of progress. It was all pretty amazing. And then they cleaned it all up! Thank you Joel, his team, Manny, Dana, and Marz.

Rob Garcia performed a very thorough assessment. He obviously knows his stuff. I would have been happy to have him repair our shingles and tar the other ones down if the price was lower.

Since our new roof was completed just one week ago, I cannot speak to the longevity and - really - how good a job it will do protecting the structure beneath it. I can say that Bison was helpful when dealing with the insurance company, and easy to reach every step of the way. They showed up when they said they were going to, and the work was completed professionally and within the time frame they promised. And the roof looks awesome. I wanted light-colored shingles to reflect some of the south Texas sunshine, and the SandBox absolutely glows.
I love it.

I had a small leak and I just made a call to get an inspection and the whole process was quick and simple. They sent updates and photos during the repair. Derek answered just about all my questions and made sure there was no roofing debris left behind.

Wow, I am not easily impressed, this team is good. Their front man Robert did everything I asked and did it professionally and with a great attitude. Their front office staff sent me insurance and other documents in record time, great job Courtney, Sarah. Carissa went above and beyond in followup and sending proposals. Have never had a staff from any organizations this professional, courteous and complete. One of the owners also called me with concerns with the job. Very good, no outstanding.

I had really great experience with Bison Roofing. First, the roof expert Trevor gave a detailed quote and what to expect during the process. I love the straight price, detail quote, and most all Trevor was not pushy to get me in ( Which really annoyed me from other vendors). Secondly, Joel throughly explained the process (with video of the roof!). He was/is available to answer questions/concerns which was really important for me. Lastly, I really appreciate the drone video that Hugo took for me, it amazing to see the difference between and 15+ years roof and brand new one! Overall, I love the straight pricing, amazing customer service, and super clean and fast work ( I couldn't find a nail afterwards).
