Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable of the entire process. He went out of his way to complete the work scope and some additions I requested. His availability when I had questions was a quality I was impressed with. The roof installers completed the job in a timely manner and did a good job cleaning up when work was completed. I will definitely recommend Ideal Precision to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

Ideal Precision was incredible! We hired them to put in gutters on our house and they were so fast and responsive every step of the way. Gabe was wonderful, a complete expert, answered all of our questions honestly, and gave us options based on our goals and price range. He was able to give us the best price that we found, had color samples on hand at the quote site visit (and helped match the color to the trim!), and scheduled the installation for within a week. The installation team was also so efficient and patient. Our gutters look beautiful, we couldn’t be more happy with our experience!

What a great experience! I had hail damage that required a complete replacement of my 2 year old roof. Ideal Precision Roofing had been recommended by two friends, who had previous work done by them. Dustin Pozan was the Sales Manager that helped me through the whole process, start to finish. From day 1 he has gone above and beyond. Helping with the initial damage assessment, working with insurance to make the process move smoothly, help selecting the best materials, and making sure everything was installed flawlessly. After discovering a small leak that was causing damage to the soffitt, I found Ideal Precision on Google and sent in a request for a quote. Gabe called me back and when I described the issue and sent him some photos, he scheduled a time to come out and inspect the issue. After the inspection, Gabe provided an official quote, which was fair and competitive with other quotes, and I accepted. Within two days, the work was completed. I appreciated that Gabe came back out to inspect again after the work was completed.

House from Ideal Precision. I worked with James Keithley during the process and couldn’t have better things to say! He handled the entire process for me from bid to install, kept me updated and informed the entire way, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work and product. We just had our roof replaced by ideal precision roofing and are beyond stoked with how amazing it looks!!!! It was a seamless process- Dustin came out to give us a quote. I knew our roof was getting old and needing replacement soon before we started having issues. I had full anticipation that we would be paying for 100% of our roof. Dustin was able to spot some minor/light hail damage. We were able to build a case and have insurance step in and help pay for a good chunk. From getting the quote to finishing the roof was a quick turn around. The crew was quick and efficient & cleaned up well afterwards. We did a full GAF roofing system which is backed by an amazing warranty.
Overall, Dustin and his work crew were amazing. Getting a new roof is an investment on your house and if you want to make sure it’s done right definitely give them a call.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ideal Precision Roofing & Exteriors. The overall process left me with concerns about the quality of service and professionalism. The installation seemed rushed at times, and I felt the management’s communication was lacking. After multiple attempts to address issues, I had to seek assistance from GAF, which was disappointing. I was also unsettled by threats of legal action after sharing my thoughts, suggesting others may have faced similar pressure. The pictures speak for the rest.

Working with James was a great experience from the beginning to project close. No BS discussing SOW, materials and price. The team just finished roofing the house, garage and shed in 7 hours. During the project, additional repairs were made and the team still finished on time with no impact to my budget. Beautiful work, well done!
Update- Contacted Ideal CFO for assistance updating my insurance company re: new roofing on the 3 buildings. He quickly provided support documents to the insurance company and provided information regarding opportunity to reduce insurance cost based on the roofing system that was installed. Team is very supportive and professional!

Outstanding service, promptness and follow from Jeff Beasley. The workmanship from the crew was outstanding. The team was on time and finished my roof installation the same day, even though they encountered a few speed bumps from the previous installation. Jeff has been accesible at all times as we consistently work through a couple of punch list items. I appreciate his hard work and dedication and should be commended. Excellent customer service and beautiful work well done!! I was referred to James Keithly by a neighbor that had a full roof job done. James took the time to listen to my concerns with no pressure to commit. I received 3 other quotes and James beat them all hands down. He gave me just what I needed with no extra "fluff". Job took less than 2 days to replace my tired, old leaky flat roof. Love the fresh beautiful white! One of the craftsman even took the time to bring attention to the need for some extra flashing to prevent further issues. The new roof took 20 years of age off my mid-century home. She is so clean and fresh now. High-quality and beautiful. Before and after photos show the proof of a job well done.

My experience with Ideal Precision Roofing and Dustin Pozan was disappointing. From the start, communication felt rushed and unorganized. Dustin seemed friendly but overly pushy, and while he talked a lot about his experience, the inspection missed a few key problem areas that another roofer later pointed out. The price seemed competitive at first but ended up being higher once additional “unexpected” costs were added. On installation day, the crew arrived late, left a mess in my yard, and didn’t finish until well after dark. The cleanup was poor — I found several nails in my driveway. Overall, I expected a much more professional experience and better attention to detail.

Fantastic experience with this crew. Great communication. Showed up early and knocked the job out before 2pm. Cleaned up throughout the process. I even had a piece of wood that had broken off my fence before they got there, and a member of the crew glued it back on.
