I recently had my roof replaced by Bison Roofing Company. I was blown away by their attention to detail during the installation process. The workmanship is exemplary! I purchased a solar attic ventilation fan from Hole Depot and called several roofing companies looking for someone to install it. One company drove by the house and communicated via email, another showed up and quoted $1600 for install without ever stepping foot in the roof - Derick from Bison Roofing showed up, listened to my concerns and reasoning for buying the fan. He checked the amount of vents we had on the roof, checked our soffits and insulation in the attic. Not once did he try to upsell me on something we didn’t need.

Bison’s prices were reasonable for what I call “2026 prices” and the installation work was amazing. They were even kind enough to add extra sealant to the the screws on our other static vents. Hands down would recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood

Mauro was kind and thoughtful as he listened to my concerns about my leaking roof. The leak has been a recurring problem, and he went over and above to speak to his team and coworkers to get the best solution for me. He carefully reviewed the project when it was completed to ensure it was done right. The team itself worked quickly and efficiently to replace the piece of roof and shingles that were damaged.

Good. Derek really went the extra mile with a kind attitude. The estimator was punctual and friendly. Repair was done when there was ice on the ground. I did not meet the gentleman that did the main labor, but my husband met him, and trusted him. A professional job was completed in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with Bison Roofing! My appointment was scheduled the day after I called. Robert came out and educated us on what was wrong with our roof and spent a lot of time at our home, and answered all of our concerns. A quote for repairs was sent just days later, and once we approved the quote, work began almost immediately. Derrick did a wonderful job on the repair, he made sure everything was done correctly and addressed all of our questions quickly. We did have a second opinion from another roofing company and they did not take near as much attention to detail and simply wanted to sell us a completely new roof. As a new homeowner, I would definitely recommend Bison Roofing to anyone needing repairs or a new roof based on how we were treated and the quality service/product that’s provided.

My experience with Bison Roofing was by far the best. Ive contacted 2 other roofing companies, and none came close to the service Robert provided. He was very professional, took his time, and what I appreciated the most was that he explained everything so that I could understand. Robert wore shoe covers into my home, was very polite, and offered to tarp up my problem area on my roof. He was the only roofer that found my problem. One of the companies I called only took 10 min on my roof and stated that my leak was coming from a pipe on my roof. The other company was ok, but was no where near the care and experience I received from Bison Roofing. Robert was dedicated into finding my problem. He even went into my attic, performed a water test, he went above and beyond! That is what sold me into getting my repair done with Bison Roofing and also confidence I made the right choice in calling Bison Roofing. Highly recommend Bison, If you get Robert as your inspector, you're in great hands. 10/10 service.

I tell you, I’m a contractor with 40 plus years in the trades, and my customer wanted to switch out her shingle roof with a metal roof.
I contacted three roofers to give me bids.
And bison was one of the roofers that submitted a bid.
Robert Garcia came out for the inspection and educated me on the type of roof, the colors and some samples.
He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me from the old days that you should do standing seem to the way they are doing things now! He easily walked me through that process.
The customer accepted his bid and they got back to me with a start date and the game was afoot!
First day they started pretty early and they got it demoed on the first day.
Derek Villarreal was on site every day for the project making sure everything ran smooth!
And it did!!!
He explained every day to me what they were gonna be doing.
And he was there to oversee it!
Last day he took pictures with the drone commentary on it and it was a wonderful presentation. He cleaned up any excess trash that was on the greenhouse or anywhere around the house and I was extremely pleased to have a sub like bison on my job site I don’t think I’ll go with anybody else ever again. This is the way that subs used to work 40 years ago and it pleased me to see that bison hasn’t lost a step with that!!!👍👍👍👍👍

I can’t say enough great things about Derick with Bison Roofing! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and stress-free. Derick was incredibly responsive, honest, and thorough in explaining the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way.

I’m in the process of buying my first home and was in a major time crunch to get a roof inspection before my option period ended. I spoke with Genaro, and even though their schedule was already at capacity, he went above and beyond. He spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me, reviewing photos and providing incredibly insightful advice on what to look for.
​As a first-time buyer, his willingness to educate me, even though they couldn't fit the physical inspection in, was invaluable. (He is attempting to squeeze my inspection in, he will follow up with me on an update if it's possible) It’s clear why this company has such high ratings; they truly care about people, not just contracts. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future repairs once I close on the house!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Bison roofing. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for a consultation until after they completed the project, they were friendly, thoughtful, and highly focused doing their very best. They explained everything I should expect and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask question. They patiently went over all of my roof options and were exceptionally transparent the benefits of each package. On the day of the roof installation, their crew covered the area surrounding the house to ensure they caught debris and any nails and were careful not damage any of our plants. And the crew was super efficient! During the installation, Bison maintained constant contact by texting updates on their progress, to include photos from their phone and their drones. After the completion of the project, the crew diligently cleaned up and ensured nothing was left behind by using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Once they cleaned up, I couldn’t tell they were even there. I did my walk-through with them and I was impressed by their work. I also appreciated the follow up calls to see if I was still happy and if I had any questions. From beginning to end, Bison demonstrated that they take pride in their work and made a stressful situation stress free. Thank you, Bison!

Simply put... YOU WILL NOT be disappointed by choosing this company! It's rare to find a company who not only goes above and beyond to make sure their customer is satisfied. But to also be able to reach them 99% of the time you give them a call and talk to the owner. As a contractor, I'm very particular about craftsmanship and how things are done. Not to mention keeping a jobsite clean. Nik's (the owner) crews were outstanding! And if I didn't like something... Nik
would personally see to it himself that the job was done right! If that's not customer service, then I don't know what is. There wasnt a job to big or to small for the owner of the company or his crew. He runs a tight ship and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. That spoke volumes to me.
