This location is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The selection is great! James Sirbek was super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out some great plants for our yard and hopefully some trees for a future purchase.

O my, what a great experience, been to every nursery around town, and there are definitely some better than others of course, but decided to stop by this newly established location closer to my side of town...and let me tell you, what a different experience the moment you walked through the doors... greeted by Caitlyn who then proceeded to show me what Moon Valley is all about. Asked what my wife and my goals and visions for our landscape and garden were, super knowledgeable in her responses and what she presented, super helpful when it came to questions about the care and treatment of the current plants and trees we have. Will definitely be back multiple times, for sure. Extremely impressed. Thank you to Caitlyn and the Moon Valley Team (caretakers outside seemed intent and caring for the health and display of the plants outside too!) for putting a spot on this side of town. See yall again soon!!

We just had our first experience with Moon Valley to discuss our sick Sabal palm. James Sirbek came by our house to take a look at our palm and gave us some great recommendations. He was friendly and professional. I never felt pressured to buy anything and will definitely use Moon Valley again. Thanks James….

The selection and appearance of the trees and shrubs was amazing. Eric took the time to welcome us as we entered and explained their entire process from planning to purchase as well as delivering and planting. He even confirmed our question about the ornamental pepper plants by calling one of their experts to see if they were edible. (He also picked one and tasted it, LOL). After our purchase, Bryce asked if we had any other questions and kindly walked out our purchased items to our vehicle. We really enjoyed our visit to this location. We will definitely be returning.

James Sirbeck was very knowledgeable & helpful. This nursery had such a large & healthy selection of trees. Also a huge variety of sizes. They are also having a 50 % off sale on many beautiful trees - planting included. Love it!

Great experience. Eric was very patient and kind. It was my first visit, so he walked me around. The plants are healthy and strong. I picked up a couple of smaller shade plants. If you are looking for a tree, Moon Valley is a must stop!

We visited today looking for a specific plant. We walked and to a very clean and organized office. I was a bit surprised but a good surprised! The staff was very very friendly and took us exactly to what we were looking for and they were in even better shape than we expected! Eric Myers help check us out and was very very friendly and gave us buy one get one free soil and a bottle of moon juice! Super grateful! I highly recommend Moon Valley. If definitely a high end experience! Check em out!

Can’t say enough great and amazing things about Tia and Moon Valley Nursery at this location. Came highly recommended for a landscaping BSA Eagle Project as we were overwhelmed by her assistance, attention to detail, and care for our project. She took the time to understand what we were trying to do and truly cared for where each plant was going and provided guidance and advice for how to look after these beautiful specimens. This place is a wealth of knowledge, advice, and they’ll make sure everything is taken care of. This is a relationship, not a transaction. You won’t be disappointed!

Moon Valley Nursey is a beautiful nursery. They have a large variety of plants and trees. James was very knowledgeable and professional.

Went Moon Valley Nursery today for the first time James Sirbek was our sales person. He was very personable and knowledgeable on all of my questions. Definitely will go back for more plants and plant food.

Moon Valley Nursery at 9438 W Loop 1604 is absolutely fantastic! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly seem to love what they do. The nursery is spacious, beautifully organized, and offers an impressive selection of palms, trees, bushes, and plants — all healthy and well cared for.

I also appreciate that they offer consultations, delivery, and planting services, which makes the entire process so easy and convenient. Had a lovely experience at MVN with Megan. She was very patient with us and our kids. Lots of plants, shrubs and trees in inventory. Highly recommend them because of their well priced landscaping packages and expertise.

When you go to Moon Valley Nursery, you need to ask for Tia. She is so knowledgeable , helpful and kind. Her focus is on the customer and helping you achieve the best landscape design that compliments your home. Tia is very patient and listens to your ideas about plant stories. She is thorough is her planting designs. She came out to my home to see the flower beds in person. Tia marked where each item would be planted which provided a great visual for me. She made the process easy. Tia is awesome to work with!

Alamo Ranch Moon Nursery is the best Nursery I’ve ever done business with! Best selection, pricing, customer service, follow-Up, warranty, and FREE PLANTING!!! I was blown away by the friendly, knowledgeable support of Megan and Barron. I bought over 10 large evergreen bushes as a privacy screen for our 6 acre property line to block out some ugly construction debris on an adjacent property. Megan and Barron helped me pick the very best varieties for our climate, soil, elevation, terrain, growth rate and survivability. They delivered within a week and the planting crew was led by a friendly and knowledgeable expert, Antoine. They were courteous, responsive and professional and planted to my exact specifications. I got a great deal on the entire purchase and have never had a better experience at a nursery in my 70 plus years enjoying trees, bushes and plants. They have beautiful, healthy trees and a wide selection. The staff are helpful and friendly. Eric helped us and was very knowledgeable about their products. He helped us pick trees that should work well in our yard.

We had such a wonderful experience at Moon Valley Nursery! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to answer our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. All of the trees were in excellent condition and beautifully cared for, and the wide selection made it easy to choose the perfect ones for our home.

We were also pleasantly surprised to learn about their special program they were having for one day donating Christmas trees to first responders and military veterans. We received one through this program, and it was absolutely beautiful, honestly even nicer than the Noble Fir we usually pick out every year from the Christmas tree farm down the street. This gesture meant a lot to our family.

Just got new trees from the Moon Valley Nusery @ 1604 and Guillbeau!! Everyone was super great and helpful, but Tia was our girl! She helped us pick out our trees and design a garden bed! She was super knowledgeable and patient with all my indecisiveness. If we ever need more trees we will definitely go with Moon Valley. Thanks for your help making this investment in our home.
