Jim said he would be there at 1 pm so I could drop off my dryer and he would look at it. No show. Was not there and come to find out he had another appointment some other place at 1 and 1:30. So we brought our unfixed dryer home.

there is something crazy going on with this plaice, if you call they say they sell refrigerators and do not repair anything, I you call back they tell you a different story; They gave me a telephone number to a guy Named Nathan who turned out to be a nut job. Stay away from these people.they act like they are on Meth.

(Beware) Be careful if your machine is very used or rusty, because they won't repair it.
They only charge you $80 for nothing, just to tell you to buy another one, they send you a boy who often can't even remove the lid of the washing machine.

My dryer wasn’t drying as it use too, it would take all day to dry 1 Load of clothes Thank you Belinda for giving me a tip to check my coil line on my dryer. It was clogged up by lint buildup. My dryer works great now. The heater thermostat turns on now. Thank you so much! I recommend this place for appliance services! I give this place 1,000 ⭐️

Great reasonable prices and man did they work fast! They got to my house just after 8 in the a.m. to replace my a/c and were done and gone before noon. Jim also stopped by and made sure the a/c was up and running also asked if I had any questions. Would recommend

Belinda at the store location was great. Very nice and attentive. Jim was able to fix my washing machine after I was not successful. He was quick and have had no issues with the machine since his repair. If you want your appliance fixed, call these folks who will get you the help you need.

Great same day service on a Kenmore clothes dryer. Problem was quickly analyzed and fixed without further issue. Several of the fuses had burnt out and it was no longer working.

Amazing service and very patient. My dryer was a huge hassle as it came without the model number sticker, and they did all they could to match the belt to its model. They even showed up the following day to finish the work without me having to call for follow-up! Great dudes all around, would recommend to anyone :)

James and his employee, which I believe was his grandson arrived promptly and were extremely professional. I was so stressed out because my washer stopped working on laundry day, with a family of 5! Never being in this situation before, I called around. Many people called me back, but Jim’s Appliance asked questions about the model and what was happening. They were ready to come over immediately! My husband met them that afternoon and he was blown away by their customer service, professionalism and respectfulness. They were quick to find the issue, had parts on hand, and the price was extremely reasonable! I will never call anyone else! Thank you James and grandson, you were there for us when we needed you!
