I wish I could give this business more stars! If anyone needs washing machine repair, Tyler is the man to help solve your problems. He was able to diagnose and help resolve my washing machine issue in about 10 minutes.

Every once in a while it feels great to get lucky! Using Jim's Appliance Service gave me my lucky day. I live out of state and am helping my mother-in-law sell her house in Brownsville, TX. The dishwasher needed repair since it hadn't been used in years. I saw all the 5 - star reviews for Jim's Appliance repair, so I took a chance and called them. Wow! I always hope that I can find people that are honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. Jim's checks each of those boxes!

I called, left a message and got a call back. Scheduled the appointment, and explained that I lived out of town but would have someone show up to let the technician in the house. I received a call from the technician, Tyler. I explained the situation. On the day of the appointment, the person I was having go to the hose was running late. I called Tyler, and he said no problem, I will be there and wait if I have to.

When the repair was finished, Tyler called me explained what was needed, did the repairs and everything is working great! The cost was less than I expected. Tyler was an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and very kind to me. Finding people like this in a town like Brownsville is very rare, and a very welcome surprise.

Guys were responsive. Knew what they were doing. Prices incredibly reasonable. Fixed my Thor Range in no time. Turns out the parts some other "flake" repair service said I needed, were not needed at all. Tyler and Mr. Jim were honest, and no nonsense. Highly recommended.

Mr. Cargill was professional and honest. He replaced both panels, which were fire hazards, with Smart Panels and installed an outlet for my RV. He is an extremely hard working individual and very honest. I highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices. I had them redo my entire breaker panel and had an RV hook up and a generator hook up and mike did it for a fraction less than most other people. Very good communication skills, and extremely punctual. Answered all my questions and made a separate trip to the house to answer questions for no charge. Quality work, I will be calling them o my next project.
