I have done business with Ace Air for about 15 years. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. They have fixed me up over an over and are kind and professional. If you need a AC guy, they are the bomb!

Imagine the horror your AC just quits on you at 4:42 pm...18 minutes before most companies are gone for the day! We have American Home Shield but the company they set us up with can’t come out until Monday! I have two toddlers and the worlds neediest chihuahua, so Monday definitely was not going to work! My husband finds this company and they are willing to send a tech right out!

Codie was the tech sent out and he quickly found the issue to be dirty coils tripping our breaker, it took him less than 45 minutes to fix the issue! I’d definitely use this company again over any options our insurance would give to us when it comes time for a full system repair! Great company and great employees!

My only complaint was we wanted to tip Codie for being so AWESOME and couldn’t because of the payment system they use! Maybe this guy has a PayPal?!

Can't say enough good things about Bobby, Brooke and the entire team at ACE Heating and Air. We needed immediate assistance at our downtown store, and they were available within the hour and several more follow-up visits. Kind, courteous, dependable - everything you look for in a local business. Thank you ACE!

Awesome people! I recently had an ac company to come out because my ac stopped working. After a quick check they told me that my compressor was failing and I would need a whole new system. They were very quick to give me a quote of $10,000 or $16,000 for a new system. I called Ace and told them the quote i recived and they were quick to come out and look at my ac on the same day. Within about five minutes after Ace being at my home it was found that the capacitor was bad. I was charged $140 verses $10,000 by ace saving me thousands. Understand, people will rip you off and will take an advantage of a bad situation whenever they can so always get a second opinion. I feel that Ace runs their business on pur honestly and that goes a very long ways in this world. I will never call anyone else but, Ace when it comes to heating and air and you should as well.

After close to 12 years of service on multiple accounts both commercial and personal I'm terribly disappointed . Poor experience as of lately and numerous times in the past with rookie or new technicians-no call , no show is a poor business model.
I've always had good experiences with Troy, but often times I feel the employees are running the company and he's simply spread too thin to take on all needs himself. I've had my fill of the unprofessional manner in his absence and will be moving forward with a new company.

My house is on the market and my ac starting acting up right before the inspector was schedule to come. Todd came over right away and took great care of me. I've had 2 systems installed with them and they are always fair with pricing , reliable, honor their work and have a friendly crew of men who work hard to take care of their customers. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Jeremy was AMAZING at communicating!! Before we approved coil replacement, we got 6 other bids. Ace was very comparable, in fact, one of my best quotes. They were also the quickest to return calls, give pricing, and schedule work. Alden and Roy came out to replaced the coil. They were very nice, respectful of our home, and diligent in their work. We are pleased all around!

I can't say enough about this company, they are fantastic. They always come through for me when I need them to help get my AC or Heater working. From the front desk to the technicians they send out, all are incredible. They are patient, kind, professional, and stand behind their work.

Our family has used Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for at least 30 years. The service over the years has been excellent. Their employees are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They installed our air conditioning unit 21 years ago. We never had any issues. It might have needed a new capacitor, but nothing major.
One week ago our compressor stopped running. We called Ace on a Sunday night and they were out to our house the first thing on Monday. Because our prior unit was 21years old we decided not to just replace the compressor, but the entire unit. It was ordered and installed on Wednesday. Ace Air Conditioning went above and beyond and brought us a window unit for our bedroom. We slept great for those two nights before our new air conditioner was installed. We are grateful for the excellent service Ace has provided us over the years. Thank you!

Peak Mechanical was a trade partner for a job with me in Glen Rose. Enjoyed working with them. Great crew, and completed scope on time. Was willing to adapt to changes in field that were necessary to complete scope. Will be working with them again.

Called them on a Sunday night with at 83° house :) they had it fixed in an hour. Price was very fair as well. They’ve been a good partner over the years.

Great customer service! Called Peak Mechanical and spoke to Brooke, she had someone out to our house in less than an hour and a half. Our thermostat was replaced and we have not had any additional problems. Highly recommended!!
