Beto and his team did an install for my mother last month and did and amazing job. He’s helped with all our needs on our rentals (maintenance, emergency calls, duct cleaning). Highly recommend. They always save the day!

My wife and I went shopping for a trip. We came home an our AC unit was not working. Indoor temp was 80 way to hot for us seniors with blood pressure issues. I started looking on Facebook on Sanger Speaker for an AC company. And most folks suggested Comfort ICE Box locally owned AC/Heat company. I called spoke to Marcella late evening. She told me Beto could be here by 6:30 pm. He was prompt and very friendly man. It took him about 40 minutes to troubleshoot our AC issue. It was blown motor unit. He showed me on his phone the unit was still under warranty. He told me he could could back with replacement motor the next day. His office called promptly at 9:00 am to let me know he would arrive in 15 minutes. Beto came had replacement motor. He got our AC Goodman unit up running. He double and tripled checked before.leaving. it's hard to find reputable honest people with high integrity in this day and age. I 1000% would recommend this company. I'm new to the area, having previously lived in Houston, so I reached out to my Valencia on the Lake Facebook page members for recommendations for my semi-annual air conditioning and heater preventative maintenance contract. I was referred to Comfort Ice Box and I could not be happier with them! I had previously reached out to a couple of other bigger companies, and they were very expensive. The company who installed our system offered a range of protections, for which I'd be required to pay, that I just do not need. I'm in a brand new home, my system is only a year old. My representative with Ice Box has been out twice now, once for the air conditioning and more recently for the heater. As a family-owned business I love that I have the same rep each time. Beto is very thorough and personable. Talking with him is like talking to a friend. He hasn't tried to sell me anything. He spends a lot of time carefully checking everything and explaining his findings. When the time comes for repairs, I will be very "comfortable" using Comfort Ice Box. I feel they're reasonably priced and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them!

I use these guys on every project. The best part is if anything happens to your hvac system they come immediately to get it fixed. No waiting around with no ac! Highly recommend

Service was efficiently done. They were on time and always take good care of my equipment.

We bought a house, that was vacant for over two years. The house has three HVAC systems of which none of them worked for heating or cooling.
We’ve had several HVAC contractors work on them over the last eight months and we’re only able to get one of them up and running. A friend of ours turned us on to Peak mechanical and they got the other two systems working 100% within about six hours. Everyone else had given up and said that we needed new units at a price of about 15,000 per unit. Peak mechanical fix a leak, fix some wiring, and Reconfigured all three systems for a fraction of that.
The majority of the cost was related to adding Freon to one of the systems.They are definitely our new HVAC provider.
