During the winter storm our emergency heat wouldn’t kick on. I called the company who put in the system, but they couldn’t come out for 48 hours. On FB we saw that others had a similar problem as ours and Underwood got them fixed up and working again. So I called them and instantly the lady I talked to was very friendly and told me she could get a tech out today. Within an hour the tech, Todd, arrived. He was also very friendly and went straight to work and had us up and running again in no time. We will definitely be using them for any a/c and hvac needs in the future. Thank you Underwood Heating and Air! We’re so excited for our toes to start thawing out 😄. God bless y’all!!

We have used Underwood ‘s Heating & Air for years with no complaints. Technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I called this morning because my AC wasn’t working, they were at my house in a few hours and had my system repaired. I’m hoping to get a few more years out of this system but will definitely use Underwood’s when I need a replacement.

Beto and his team were great. My condo is very tall and had no access to the roof. Beto was able to come with a lift and take care of my AC unit. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. My neighbor shares the roof with me and had a similar problem. They fixed her unit too on the same day! The pricing was fair and I felt like there wasn't any pressure buy unnecessary products or services. They simply found the problem and fixed it. Comfort Ice Box was recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely recommend them to others.
