Jose was super friendly, informative, showed up on time and had my AC running again quickly. Definitely calling them again if I ever need it!

I highly recommend the team at Bay Area AC and Plumbing. We moved into our home last September and had AC issues from the start. The AC unit was close to 15 years old and needed replacement soon. Jeremy and Jose have both come out on separate occasions and pumped extra life into the unit, long enough to get us through most of the hot summer. They were both very professional and personable. They gave me solid advice on how to keep the unit going until time for replacement.

We were so impressed with their service that we called them to repair a leak we had in the front yard. Jose, who apparently can handle any task big or small, came out and fix us up.

When it was time to replace the AC, it was a no brainer, we called our friends at Bay Area AC. Guess who showed up, Jose! We received a very reasonable quote and jumped on it. Jose and his team arrived exactly when they said they would and even finished an hour before they projected it would take. Jose walked me through all the work that was done and showed me some maintenance tips on keeping the new unit running efficiently.
Long story short, if you need AC or plumbing work done you only need to make one call; Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing!

Our AC went out, and Cody was here with in 30 minutes to start working on it. We have a child that is disabled and Cody understood how important it was to get us back up and running. He explained everything that was would be done in great detail. Great customer service!

I've used Bay Area AC Heating and Plumbing for years. Most recently for AC issues. Always very quick to respond and punctual. I always recognize their employees which tells me they have low turnover. They get down to business and don't mess around when troubleshooting. They give you your options, treat you fairly and respond quickly. I can't say enough good things for this company. Jeremy and Dalton came out and did an incredibly thorough repair for us!! My only complaint is that I kept offering snacks and water and they were too polite to accept. We just bought a home and were surprised to hear that one of the ACs needed to be completely replaced given that the part needed for the AC unit was not available for sale despite being 6 years old. We called in for a second opinion and Cody went out of his way to find out that the part was indeed available for sale. I asked him to come in and do his own evaluation. Jose was able to come in quickly to review and we were notified there was nothing wrong with the AC unit but that it only needed free on. I highly recommend them for how they went out of their way to find answers for me, how they quickly came to our home, and most of all their integrity and honesty.

Today we had Jose and Dalton come to work on our A/C unit. We were anticipating bad news with how poorly our A/C was functioning. After they inspected our equipment they told us that we just had a clogged line and dirty drain pans.

They could have totally told us worse news and we would’ve believed it and been none the wiser.

They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were very friendly. They even brought in a heavy package on my door step.

I will definitely call them again for any future A/C issues. Thank you Jose and Dalton!

Neighbor recommended them for HVAC repair/maintenance. Extremely happy with their service. Techs are very knowledgeable, very fair pricing and they also go the extra mile to inspect your system to make sure it’s working well. I’ve called them a few times as I have an older HVAC (probably 15+ years) and they’re usually very prompt (tech arrives within a few hours) and have kept it running smoothly. The owner is also super nice. Highly recommend if you’re looking for HVAC technician.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I’ve used them for years for my AC and plumbing issues and they are prompt, reasonably priced, efficient and incredibly friendly. Jose is a fantastic technician and I highly recommend him. Bonus- this is a small, local business and who doesn’t love supporting that, right?

Had a blower motor issue this morning. Jose was able to come by same day and get me a replacement for an affordable price. Extremely happy with service. All my neighbors use them and I will continue to as well 10/10.

Jeremy came out and did amazing work on fixing our shower and replacing our kitchen faucet! The price was half of the quote we got elsewhere and he was very friendly as well.

The response time was very quick and my plumber, Jeremy was pleasant, and easy to understand when he told me what needed to be done to correct my issue. This was one of my best experiences with a repair company.

Jose came out to fix the pipe that went from our water well to the tank at our house. He did excellent work and conducted himself very professionally. Very pleased with a new A/C unit install. I called them about an issue later, which turned out to be my drain line was plugged. This had nothing to do with their work or the unit. They came that day and cleared the line and were much more than fair. I would be happy to recommend this company.
