Steven introduced himself with a handshake and was very polite yet, professional. He explained what he was there for and went straight to work. Once done, he let me know that all was well and good to do what was needed to be done. He even wished me a good day before leaving.

Called MAK Comfort to schedule a service call for my AC compressor not turning on. We went over a few things I had already did to trouble shoot problem. After I explained what I did he recommended checking high water shut off alarm and bingo he was spot on. Never had a AC company willing to give me advice to check. Highly recommend using them I definitely will call if needed again and let all my friends know about them.

This company was great and so easy to work with. I had them install a mini split AC unit to my add-on room and they were quick, professional, and made sure I knew how to use everything before they left. 10/10 would recommend hiring MAK comfort for your HVAC needs

Came home to a hot house and made the call to MAK Comfort, they answered immediately and asked a few questions about what was going on. They got to the house quick and diagnosed my issues, and had the parts on the truck to fix it. They had me back up and running in no time! They even noticed other issues and showed me problem areas outside and in the attic. I’m really appreciative of the knowledge they had to help save me big money in the long run!

I was very impressed with this company. Steven came out and evaluated a cooling balance problem we had for our system that was installed by another company. He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options on how to correct it. We agreed on the best approach and he sent me a very reasonable estimate the next day.

Today, they came out to do the work and he figured out an even easier way to fix the problem that would cost a lot less money! Many companies would not take that approach as it would mean less money for them...they would just keep quiet and do the originally agreed upon work for the higher profit. Not Steven!! It's hard to find this kind of great customer service these days!

When I first made the call to Bay Area AC and Heating they answered right away. Thanks to Cody who sent a technician out within a couple of hrs. He said that the technician would call 30 Mins before arrival....which they did. When Jeremy arrived he was the most professional and kind person. He found out the problem right away. This " Dynamic Duo" was FANTASTIC! Three other companies had come out, 2 of which would not attempt to complete task due to the lack of accessibility. Jeremy was ABSOLUTELY awesome. He arrived "after hours" and managed to repair the drain line in less than 2 hours as well as recommend solutions to prevent additional sheet rock damage in the future. Both Jeremy and Kyle returned the following morning to replace the secondary pan. Price was fair and quality of work was great. Thanks guys ! I definitely recommend Bay Area Plumbing. I won't waste calling the other companies for any future needs.

Cody is as professional as they come full of integrity and character. He cares more about you and fixing your problem than billing you for $$$.

I called him asking for help to replace a blower motor. Rather than take advantage of the situation he patiently walked me through the complicated wiring process over the phone. He even looked at pictures I sent to his phone and promptly called back and gave all this help knowing he wouldn't receive compensation. I will ONLY be using him from now on - this company has a lot of character and integrity.

It's been 4 years since Cody and his employees replaced our 3.5 ton A/C unit and heater. Clean work, fast, truthful, and not looking to take advantage of folks. Cody truely is the perfect example of great work ethic, and a damn good human too.

Cody came right out when we called, he let us know right away that our older home had several issues where it was not up to code. These issues were giving us the problems for which we placed the service call. He then quickly got the work done. He is professional, neat, and he even went above and beyond the call of duty without us asking him.
