I discovered a plumbing issue at my house the required tunneling under the foundation for repair...one day before the sale of the home was supposed to close. I was in crisis mode, but Jason from On The Way showed up within 30 mins of the service call request - despite it being mid-afternoon, identified the issue with high confidence within 15 mins of arrival, and had an estimate to me within an hour after that. He understood the urgency of the issue and got the work scheduled and completed within days. Before-and-after photos were provided which evidenced the high quality of workmanship which the job was handled. At every point during the process, communication was clear, transparent, and professional. The price was also very reasonable considering the scope of work. From the first encounter, I knew was in good hands. The sale of the home closed a few days late, but we managed to retain the buyer due to the professionalism and timeliness of Jason and his crew. They have my highest recommendation - I cannot thank them enough!

Excellent customer service! Our heater wouldn't turn on during this cold snap and I called On The Way this morning when they opened. Cody showed up this afternoon and was extremely knowledgeable and had our heater working within an hour of arrival. Overall, the communication from the staff was excellent. From setting an appointment, to letting us know during the day as to expected arrival, and to finally having repairs made and settling the invoice, the entire process was smooth and friendly. Definitely will be recommending Y'all to anyone and everyone needing work done. Thanks again!

Remi was fantastic, came out to look at my washer backing up water into the sink. Super nice and very knowledgeable with what the issue was and ran a camera down the line, showed up on time as scheduled. He came back a few days later to clean out the line. My issue was fixed in under 2 hours. 10 out of 10 stars, best plumbers i have used. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service – highly recommend! I had a generator inlet box installed the very next day, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in making sure I had the correct set up for my generator. They took the time to explain how to safely use it to power my home, which was extremely reassuring. I feel much more prepared and confident heading into the upcoming freeze.

Remi was great. Just pointed him in a direction and he took care of anything. My whole from lawn was leaking water, he located the break within what seemed like seconds. Dug out the broken plumbing, fixed with new fitting and waited to backfill the whole until the leak was completely gone. Call On The Way and ask for Remi, he’ll take care of you

They're incredibly efficient! I was expecting the job to take a while, but they brought a good crew who got it done quickly. They cleaned up well and treated our home with respect while they did their work. I appreciated their thoughtfulness in protecting our floors especially. The unit is working beautifully. It's nice and cool again. 10/10 would use them again in the future.

If I could give more than five stars for this company I definitely would. Being a contractor myself, I know how important customer service is and Steven went beyond expectations. I had an issue with a customer’s AC line that needed to be fixed ASAP and he was at the property within a few hours and had everything fixed right after. . Wonderful customer service, reasonable price, and small family owned company which I love. I will definitely share his contact with anyone in need of AC services! There are not many companies like this, so when you find one you support them 100%!!

Steven came out to basically reinstall an HVAC unit that was improperly and hazardously installed by another company. I am so thankful that I went with MAK Comfort. I truly appreciate Steven’s knowledge and dedication to his craft. He even took the time to look at my Nana’s unit and added some freon to it. Called on a Sunday to see if I schedule an appointment to have my thermostat check. Was pleasantly surprised that Steve was able to come out within a couple of hours. Steven came out and immediately diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit and quickly got the ball rolling on ordering my replacement part which was much appreciated after not having power for a week due to the hurricane. All around great service at a reasonable price. 10 of 10 would recommend.
