Remy and his associate were AMAZING! Remy took the time to fully explain the issues and gave me options for repairs. Very professional and made sure the job was done correctly and fully cleaned. I will ask for him again for future repairs.

Mr. Chad is a Lifesaver! He is very polite and Professional. He walked me through everything he was doing. Told me how to prevent more clogs. The price was affordable. I am very happy with the service.

This was my first time using ON THE WAY plumbing. Experienced plumbers Remi and Chad (and crew) did a great job in the Texas heat! … (1) 2 hours Monday morning: Remi diagnosed the reason for our slow draining bathtub [broken cast iron 1962 main line pipe] and snaked/augered/camera viewed the pipes, (2) 2-1/2 hours Monday afternoon: Diggers with shovels exposed a long trench of old pipes, (3) 6 hours on Tuesday: Chad & crew replaced 60 feet of the deteriorated cast iron pipe with new pvc, and (4) on Wednesday morning: The diggers will be replacing all the dirt and will cart the old pipe away. Appreciate the prompt service, professional expertise, and courteous communication.

On the Way is the ONLY way. Not only do they get a professional out expeditiously, but their quality of work and fair pricing is amazing!! My plumber, Kevin E. Was very knowledgeable, as well as professional and patient. I had a leak in my Kohler spigot that needed a hard to find part. Kevin searched locally until he found the part, now obsolete. If you are looking for honesty, excellence and fair pricing then On the Way is your go to.

Josh and Dan came out to do a big electrical job on my house and they were fantastic. It’s very obvious they take pride in their work and in the customer service they provide. We were very happy with the work and both Josh and Dan took the time to explain the process and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be recommending On the Way Electric and using them for all of our needs.

AC went out and Jason came the next day to diagnose. The unit was at the end of shelf life but Jason still offered to fix and didn't pushed me into buying anything but I was prepared to just replace the unit either way. I also explained Jason some issues with the duct work and he took care of that as well.

Jason was able to get some guys to replace the unit the very next day. Not sure of the names of the technician's that worked on it but all of them were very professional. Due to my job I was not on location the whole time but they were very understanding and even waited for me to get home to show me the installation. The house is evenly cold now in all the rooms!

Overall great service by all of them and great discount too. The only issue was not calling sooner when I knew the AC was dying. Definitely recommend these guys and will definitely use them in the future.

On the Way Plumbing came by and quoted us a great, fair price for led bulb replacements (including a high ceiling light repair over a staircase). They provided some of the most hospitable, pleasant, and professional service I've encountered in a long time with hardly any business around town, to be honest. They were attentive, showed care for the customer's needs, listened, and were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Keep up the great work and customer service.

representative daniel was very prompt, polite and informational. he was there to prep my heat system before the cold front. he showed and explained the work/maintenance that he performed. he also checked the ac system. daniel was personable and friendly. he did a great job!

This company had someone out sane day to give a honest assessment of humidity issues in a customer of ours home who we replaced the roof for. We really appreciate the help and hope the customer follows your advice on adding the dehumidifier.

On the way, Plumbing was so awesome. They called me to inform me that the plumber would be able to come earlier than expected, which was a delight to hear.

Both plumbers were polite and respectful.There was a leaking pipe underneath the sink causing issues with a dishwasher installation. The repair was done. They cleaned up the area and helped install the dishwasher . I always receive great service with On the Way.

They were fast, got the job done, looked at some of my other non urgent plumbing issues, referred us to get a contractor out, and were overall very helpful. I'm quite pleased. Then again, they helped us before.
