Electrical reviews in Schertz, Texas

I called them because I saw they had a five star rating on Google. I had a problem with the light/celling fan switch in bathroom. They were able to come out the same day and fixed it within an hour. Ben and his partner were very professional. They did a great job. Very reasonable also. Will use them again if I have need of an electrician again.

Gerard Electric did excellent work. I had them add a whole house surge protector, add an outlet to my island and install a new can light above my sink. Quality work! I'm glad we got the additional outlet added since our microwave just went out after 11 years. Everything is working just fine. The new light is perfect for giving additional light to the area around the sink. Chris got the necessary permit I needed in UC and passed inspection.

Great service from Andres Santiago from Terrapin Electric! He arrived early, diagnosed our issues and got right to work. Very professional and now our electrical issues are solved!

Efren and his assistant Roger were very professional and courteous. Their prompt service was very much appreciated, and they were able to complete the work in a much shorter time than was planned for. Thanks guys!

The electrician called early to arrange an earlier time. I was thrilled with that so he arrived at that time and went right to work. He was professional and friendly and had the work I needed done in a timely manner. Will call him again if I need another electrician.

Terrapin Electric sent Kevin, who is a delight to work with. He clearly explained what he did to solve my lighting problem. I look forward to having him do more work for us. I found our forever electrician!

Terrapin is by far my favorite service provider. They do great work, charge fairly and the customer service is great. We’ve used them repeatedly and are always happy with the results and never shocked by the price

My company had some cubicles that needed to be wired up to power poles. Terrapin was able to come out to give an estimate the same day and did the work the following day. They were professional and finished the work quickly. We will use them again in the future.

Excellent work. They helped install a chandelier in my entryway that is 2 stories up. I appreciate the 1 hour window for arrival and their quick availability for service. Techs were efficient, professional, and even cleaned up and swept after they were done!

Kevin and his team have done a great job in installing crystal chandelier in our new house. Highly recommended!
