I couldn’t be happier with the pond LoneStar Waterscapes built. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. It turned the yard into a peaceful place to spend time.
They are very expensive on unloading and loading before and after the service that is performed. $600 charged for 30 minutes set up and 30 minutes packing up and trip charge. It’s in the quote as a deposit but it is actually a fee you will owe in addition to the work. Nice dad and son team though
We can highly recommend Chris to install your Aquascape feature. We love ours and so do the birds.
Really liked the guy, but pricing is way off. $300 trip fee then $150 plus materials for a simple pump swap for a fountain? I got someone out for $100. Please don’t gouge your customers.
Chris has done a superb job cleaning my pond and installing an overflow valve for when the 106-degree weather was causing the water to evaporate rapidly! He was careful when cleaning the pond to preserve my lilies...really enjoying the waterfalls working as intended because of Chris's maintenance.
A huge thank you to Chris and Trevor! They arrived on time, were very neat and organized, and did an outstanding job cleaning and doing maintenance on our backyard pondless water feature. We will definitely be return customers! I highly recommend Lone Star Waterscapes!
