Juan and his crew from Crown came out on the weekend and got straight to work. He explained every step of the way. Very professional and gave me peace through this process. He showed up on time everyday he needed to come out. He always kept the area clean when he left. I appreciate that! The quality of service was just awesome!! I highly recommend and will use them again! Looking forward to the second half of Crown to restore(I think it’s going to be better) my laundry room. Might even do some upgrades through them. Let’s go!!!

Josh was very friendly from the very first moment he walked into our house. He explained everything that was going on with our issue in great detail. Even the wrap up process was a breeze and I highly recommend Josh and his team at Crown Restoration.

Damian, was the mitigation technician for my property and did an outstanding job. Took care of everything answering questions and being very helpful in anyway he could. He also worked really well with my schedule and when I wasn't able to be around he was able to handle things within my property on his own, Showing good trustworthiness.

Our experience with Crown Restoration was phenomenal! We had a water leak in our kitchen that they were able to come out and diagnose at 11 PM at night (within an hour of my initial call). Right from the beginning, Juan led a very thorough mitigation process. And then Darin, the project manager for the reconstruction phase, did an amazing job with putting the house back together. He did an incredible job of responding quickly to any concerns I had, and just made us feel like he was on our team. He was respectful, knowledgable, and very flexible when it came to any road block in the project. He always had a solution that would work for all parties whenever we hit a snag in the project. I could not have had a better experience working with Darin! Also, the technician that did some of the flooring repair, Daniel, was top notch. He is one of those down to earth, hard working individuals that completes his work like he is doing work in his own house. He doesn't cut corners, and isn't there just to get the project done as fast as possible. Overall, would highly recommend Crown Restoration, they have a smooth process and they work well with insurance, and they treat their customers with a lot of respect!

Damien was very professional and courteous. We first came to my house and assessed the situation. He politely told me exactly what was wrong and how to take care of the water damage. Damien was on time and he respected my property while making his repairs. I recommend crown restoration for any work that you need for water, damage, mold, etc. very good company.

I can’t say enough about what a professional, responsive, and caring company this is. My condo was flooded from the unit above me. It was frightening! But from the first call I made, I knew I was in good hands. Damian was my Mitigation Technician. He was calm, courteous, explained what he was going to do, and answered all my questions. From start to finish he was right by my side addressing everything. He worked diligently and even stayed late into the evening to insure everything was done in a timely manner. What could have been a disaster was handled properly. Damian is the BEST! But I also want to mention Cindy, Judy, and Trish. No matter what time of day or night I called, they were helpful and gracious. Also, Dristan, the Manager in charge of putting everything back together. You can’t go wrong with this company in an emergency!!

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Juan. He was attentive from the start, taking time to carefully inspect all affected areas and answer all questions thoroughly. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

I needed to call Crown Restoration because my Air Conditioner was leaking from the attic through the ceiling onto our floor below. Even though it was already evening when I called, they picked up quickly and reassured me they could take care of the water and damage. Josh came out and did a great job setting up the fans and dehumidifiers and monitoring the moisture levels. Chris also did a great job when he came and helped demo a small part of our wall. Nate was very friendly and knowledgeable when he took our air samples. The ladies in the office (Tricia, Deni and maybe a few others) always picked up when I called and were so kind and accommodating. Dristen came out to check on everything and he was very reassuring and confident in the work that was being done. Torrey deserves an award! He's the one who had to deal with my insurance company. He waited long periods of time on the phone to talk to my insurance adjuster, sent me follow up emails and kept me in the loop while we waited for a very long time to get approval to complete the rebuild (thank you Torrey for your patience and professionalism and letting me talk your ear off :) Hector did the rebuild and did an amazing job hauling a new piece of plywood up my attic stairs, replacing insulation, repairing drywall, texturing and painting. He is kind, respectful and very good at what he does. All in all, I was very pleased with the quality of work and each person that helped me along the way. This ordeal could have been way more difficult than it was, but Crown Restoration made it a much more positive experience than I anticipated. I would definitely use this company again if I ever have the need.

Crown did a wonderful job with our remediation and dry out situation when our water heater leaked all over our back patio. Josh was a great technician and went above and beyond offering excellent service. Would definitely use Crown again. Very reliable company.

We had a great experience with Crown. We had a bathroom with old cracked tile that showed signs of mold and we were afraid of what was behind and underneath. Juan did the estimate and demo work. The guys were friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and made us very comfortable with the plan. Thankfully the mold was not extensive but I'm glad we were cautious. I have no clue how they compare price wise, but we're very satisfied with the work and would call them again (but hopefully won't have to!)

Josh McR. came out yesterday and provided such great service! From wearing shoe coverings in the house to explaining what he was measuring and what everything meant, and was very friendly and easy to understand. Thank you Josh- I appreciate you!

Cory and his team were amazing, they tackled a complex mess that many other companies would have been afraid of. They have an amazing team, with great human values, and a strong financial background so they can handle all services without bothering the clients until they settle the mess. It's amazing to watch their team at work, they show up right in the middle of chaos to bring order and a friendly smile, to let you know it will all be okay. We were happy and lucky to work w them and wish more people would trust them. We heard so many other stories about other people's experiences, I will state they are by far the best possible scenario in all other stories we heard. Thank you for your good work and high ethical values.

Wish I had the final pictures to show but this is what they were able to help us remove, years and years of damage so we can have a fresh and clean start to put it all together and enjoy the home.
