After our home was flooded at 530a.m., we called our insurance company who then told us we needed to call a mitigation company to help dry the house out and attend to everything else that would follow. Crown restoration is a full-service company meaning that from the time you're home or business is flooded they will have a team out there ASAP to get the machines in to get the drying process started and to assess exactly how much water damage there is and what would need to be done. They will tailor everything to your needs!
When I initially called a lady named Trish help me out. She was able to calm me down, she made me feel like everything was going to be okay. We discussed everything and it was 5:30 in the morning but it didn't matter they had a team to my home within a couple of hours.
Josh came in with someone else and they brought in these huge dehumidifiers. They had these amazing gadgets and they were able to see exactly how much moisture had gotten in and under the floors and into the walls etc. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient very professional!
My fiance and I are animal rescuers, we care for many fur babies in our home so this was extremely devastating and was going to become a huge undertaking! We were stressed our animals were stressed we had been up almost 36 hours prior to this happening and I was so fearful of so many things but they handled everything with the insurance company we didn't have to worry about that at all. When the team showed up to do what is called a pack out (because we had a lot of things) and the floors had to be taken out the gentleman all came in. Jerry Newman the owner and Trish had called upon Rex and his contents team to come in and help us pack. They put everything into a climate-controlled storage for us. From the moment Rex and his team came in Rex could see that I was extremely stressed out and he did everything he could to ease my mind and try to bring my stress levels down. At first, before they got here I had no idea what to expect... I did not feel like I was ready: this experience with the flood had me feeling so out of control, but Rex came in and just calmed me down. I mean this was a traumatic experience and the entire team was beyond respectful and empathetic. They took the time every time to explain everything and I felt so much better.
Having so much on our plate there were two occasions where the guys came to work on the pack out and we weren't quite ready but Rex and his team never made us feel bad at all even though I was embarrassed, I felt like I wasted their time when they came to work they absolutely assured me that that was not the case they were extremely kind.
Rex and his contents team were extremely respectful. Not once did anyone accidentally let any of the cats or our two dogs out of the house. They always wiped their shoes, hung up their coats and made sure doors were always closed behind them. They were always motivated and had great positive attitudes . They offered to help as much as they could with everything especially in the master bedroom where we all have a lot of personal things it could be very embarrassing possibly to have people in your space like that but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all everybody was very respectful.
I'd hate for anyone to ever have to go through what we are going through but God forbid it does happen I hope you all do call Crown restoration they will absolutely take care of you and your family.

Beware extremely high hourly rates that are not shown when signing their work order on tablet. They did a great job removing saturated carpet from July flooding 10G$ for one day labor and 12days humidifier n blower rentals

Ridiculous 55$hr rates for4 guys/ 85hr$ for their supervisor So called professionals only bring one large size boxes to pack out everything
Luckily we stopped n delayed full house pack out Which I paid out of my pocket being insurance didn’t cover it Which they swore up n down it would be Oh theirs a thief among the group Since my gun safe door was opened while they worked in the room one of my knives n birth certificate went missing They did work with me on the bill of 4G brought down to 3G
Beware Beware extremely high$$$$ and poor service at packing

Called and within an hour they had Damian come out. He helped walk us through this process as it was our first time and didn’t know anything about insurance or this process. Working with this company on the reconstruction part now but so far everyone been great and communication has been key!

Merry Christmas! Here is a frozen pipe in your wall, and water damage to the walls and floor! Tom was extremely professional and motivated to help us! Tom was extremely passionate but also very patient as he explained the entire mitigation and restoration process to us. This was a very stressful situation and he help us to not worry about the process or outcome. He was always on time and kept to his schedule with us. The removal process was quick and efficient, and his crew cleaned up throughly after themselves. I was very happy with the level of service I received from Tom, and Crown Restoration 👑! I highly recommend this business if you have the need for their services.

Nate from Crown Restoration came out and met with me and my son in law to check our house. Nate was very professional and actually talked to us about our issue and did not try and take advantage of us. Not many companies like this today! Nate did offer to help us if needed and I really appreciate a company like this. If you’re looking for a company that cares about its community you want Crown Restoration hands down. Crown Restoration surpassed my expectations! Being a first time home owner and having little knowledge with water damage and mold. They were their every step during every process. They were also able to help me with my endless amount of questions. They were easy to reach and communicate with. Best of all, they communicated with my insurance making my life. easier.

I can't thank Crown Restoration enough for their amazing work helping me with a water leak in my kitchen. They were able to send someone out the very same day to give me an estimate. This was my first time dealing with water damage in my home, and it is stressful to say the least! Nate spent a significant amount of time with me helping me to understand the process of what happens next, answering my questions, providing me an estimate, and was even able to begin the project the next day. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The team got the demo done in a day and had great communication as they checked back daily on the progress of the drying. This company does a great job taking care of their customers when it matters most. Would highly recommend!

Driver is horrible, almost ran me off the road while in traffic and was driving very aggressively. Bad look for the company. I would never trust someone like that.
