Jacob came out to our house and provided a very comprehensive report that our unit was working perfectly after we had an inspector say differently. He was so helpful in explaining the different (and proper) techniques he used. Very grateful for Jacob for doing a thorough inspection to prove the unit was just fine and saved us from having to replace it for the buyer!

Victor was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. Although he did not have the exact part he needed, he improvised and got our system working until he could return with the right part. Very honest and efficient.

Jonathan did an excellent job! He was thorough, explained everything he was doing and offered useful advice. I could not have been more pleased!

I recently had three HVAC Systems in my home replaced. I received two estimates and chose Beyer Boys because of Comfort Advisor Jesse Delgado. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail indicated to me that Beyer Boys was my choice for this major project.

Ray Martinez was the Installation Supervisor. He came by every morning to check on the progress of removal of the old as well as installation of the new equipment. The Installer Crews were second to none. It took one week to complete the project in confined spaces as well as with record temperatures.

All flooring to the various work areas was protected prior to starting the project and clean-up upon completion was excellent.

The entire project was FIRST CLASS, well above my expectations (which are very high) and no short-cuts were taken.

We subscribe to Beyer's semi-annual inspection program. We appreciate your workmen's skill and professionalism. We are informed of system function and areas needing additional attention after every inspection. Our equipment is always in top running condition and we have never experienced an equipment failure.

JC was very professional and performed a thorough inspection on our Daikin AC. He also provided some useful tips to keep our other units running well. 5 stars!

Javier came out late on a Saturday afternoon, bless his heart! While he was unable to fix this unit, he promptly connected with the office and got us an appointment with someone to quote us a new unit. He was pleasant and efficient! Thank you!

Jonathan arrived on time before starting he explained what was to be done for the bi annual maintenance. During this process a part was not working properly he showed me what it was working at and then showed me what it should be working at. With this information part was replaced again in timely manner. Appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.

The tech came within the posted time window to check/adjust my heating and air conditioning systems (I have 2 of each). The service seemed thorough and complete until I inspected the attic areas after he left. One system panel has been removed and only partially put back in place. I patched 8 holes in the duct work where probes had been placed to measure temps, I do not think the tech was responsible for all the holes, but he was for some. Next time I’ll follow up with the tech present on work accomplished before they leave. Service quality was a 3 out of 5 on this service activity, and I think I am being generous on the rating.

Have used Beyer on several occasions. Always have had good experiences. Very professional, reliable and reasonably priced.

Long-time customer of Beyer Boys. They give prompt service with professional technicians. We experienced an on-going maintenance issue that a couple of previous solutions had failed to correct. Tim Megason came in to assess the issue. He provided excellent & very professional customer service in trouble shooting the problem and scheduling technicians to resolve the issue.

I hate to have to leave this rating. I have done buisness with these guys in the past on several different occasions no issues. This past time I had a tech come out service my AC and told me I had a leak in my AC and he did a leak search for about 10 minutes said he couldn’t find a leak but my systems needed about 7 to 8 pounds of coolant quoted me $1600 dollars for some reason to this wasn’t adding up so I called in another AC company 1st Call didn’t tell them anything and paid them for the same inspection the Tech checked my AC coolant levels and it only needed about two pounds of coolant to top them off cost me about $250 dollars

Rigo came to my home to help with an AC that was not working. He took his time. Was very thorough and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. I ended up having a backed up drain line It took about 30 min but he was able to take care of it and get everything running as it should. He did an amazing job. 10 out of 10. I will be requesting him for any future issues

The tech, JW, was great. Explained some maintenance that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. Great service.

Technician communicated ahead of visit, showed up on time, was efficient and proficient at his job and did a great job. In addition, he was highly respectful and pleasant to talk to....would recommend.

This was the second time Emil Has come to my house in 4 months and both times he was quick, sounded very knowledgable and provided sound recommendations. First time was to replace the capacitor and second to check for system malfunctions. Very pleasant and respectful person to work with. Thank you very much for your work Emil.

We had been experiencing loud noises coming from our ac vents, called Beyer Boys and they sent a technician out the same day. Jacob Leal arrived, was very courteous and professional, went directly to the problem was able to fix it on the spot. He proceeded to check the ac unit thoroughly and gave us some very helpful tips. We had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend the Beyer Boys .

DO NOT use them. They send out sales people instead of technicians. Charge a fee and recommend services that don’t fix the issues. I paid over 3K to not have the AC issues fixed. They installed the wrong type of suppy intake screen. I called and called and finally had someone come out to fix it. Of course the technician arrives and they don’t have the parts. I called again and was told they will reschedule. Never heard back. The whole company is just sales people who upsell like crazy

Showed up when my A/c company wouldn’t for an emergency call. I fired my A/c company and now am being taken care of from them. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

This was my first time using Beyer Air Conditioner services. They responded to my request the same day, providing the same quality service that I have received from Beyer Plumbing. Victor was very knowledgeable about the HVAC System. He was very friendly, professional. Pricing was very reasonable. The only reason I gave them a 4 is due to communication. I never received any confirmations about my appointment. It took several calls for me to find out the status of my appointment. Great company to work with, otherwise.
