Ryan was our technician today doing maintenance on our A/C. He is extremely professional & friendly. He was so patient and took the time to answer my many questions never rushing me. He is an exceptional employee for Beyer Boys & I willl be requesting him on future calls. Because of the high level of service Ryan provided, I will be recommending Beyer Boys to family & friends.

J W who initially diagnosed the need for a complete hvac replacement, along with Tim who went over my options were both very pleasant and easy to talk to. My install crew, of Lizandro and Dennis were awesome from start to finish, and went above and beyond to render aid to my elderly neighbor, who had fallen in her driveway and needed emergency care and had to be taken to the ER , they really showed what kind of people they were with their selfless behavior and need to be recognized.

JW was outstanding! He checked my AC system and gave me all the information I needed to get it running at peak efficiency. He then completed the work and wow what a difference. Thank you JW and the rest of the crew from Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating. I can’t thank you enough! 😁👍

After having is plumbing company replace lavatory plumbing when renovating our home, we found out that they did not do it correctly and charged us well over $1000 to do all the work we asked. So disappointed in this company. The 2 plumbers who were here did not use teflon or any plumbing tape which caused the pipes to rust and leak. Buyer beware. Use a more educated vendor.

Update: Beyer Boys tried to say that they have not been to my home. LOL. I have proof that Alex Ortega did visit on 10/18/21.

This was my first experience with Beyer. The technician Peter explained things and was detailed. I tried Beyer because of good reviews and the need to have a company that does a through job when I can’t be there. Time will tell, but so far a good start I opted for their silver Maintenance plan that gives me two visits per year.

Our technician James showed much technical expertise regarding our AC unit. He was able to answer our questions and provide solutions. Service was both efficient and professional.

My ac repair tech Javier was on time, very experienced/knowledgeable & above all efficient. Thank you Beyer & Javier for immediate availability which is unexpected for a Saturday afternoon! This company is the best; they installed my indoor Lennox central unit many years ago; they’re the only ones I call/book online in the past 12 years to repair my Goodman outdoor compressor &/or my indoor Lennox, which is rarely needed but extremely valued. Thank you Beyer & Javier!

Emil was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable, he explained the issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning unit. He also explained what the next steps would be to have our issue resolved. We were very comfortable with him providing the service.
Update 1 Oct 25. Emil returned to repair our air conditioning unit when our ordered parts came in. Once again his service was friendly and professional. He even accomplished additional work separate from the fan and wiring job he was scheduled to perform to improve our UV lights at both our air conditioning units. Well done!

I called after i got home from work at 4:30 pm. They were able to come out same day. They were at my home in less than 2 hrs. Johnathan was very respectful and professional the entire time. He took his time explaining and executing the job he recommended to fix our issue. We will definitely be using them again. I am very happy with the service we received 😊

James Keatts was our service technician for today's visit. James did an outstanding job..was polite, informative and very thorough...couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend James and would happy to have him provide service again in the future.

Beyer Boys service technician, Jonathan texted us to let us know he was en route which also had his picture. He arrived promptly, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient in explaining the situation regarding our ac system. We were very impressed with his genuine concern about our comfort. Upon meeting with their “Comfort Advisor” (unit was not repairable) Jonathan needed to return for a small repair to get us thru the weekend before new unit is installed. He is a great asset to BEYER Boys.

Jason was polite and friendly; he answered all my questions completely. His knowledge was top-notch and workmanship excellent. We're long-time clients of Beyer Boys, and we've come to expect the best, and Jason fits the mold perfectly! We'd be happy to have him service our HVAC system anytime.

My tech, Ryan, that Beyer sent, was on time and very thorough. He shared any and all issues and or potential issues and made the repairs as necessary and it didn't break the bank. I actually never had a maintenance program but as my system gets older, I thought that it would be good to have one in place. I bought the Silver program which I feel is definitely worth the price.
Highly recommend Beyer Boys.

I have waited and given Beyer Boys 6 months before I wrote a poor review. We got a new AC in July, it is now February and everything has been a disaster. They have had to come to our house over 10 times since installation for not passing inspection, heater not working, and now our AC is completely not working. Every time a technician comes they say the previous technician made a mistake. I would not recommend this company, please go elsewhere. We paid a lot of money for a good A/C and now we have people constantly in and out of our house because of problems. Even the original salesperson said that he was going to personally do a quality check once installed and that never happened. Thankfully the city has to inspect it because they told us there was a dangerous hole that needed to be fixed. I am so disappointed, please go elsewhere.

Tech Ryan was very polite, respectful and informative. He explained the results of my system's maintenance check, things to watch out for, and did a very thorough flush on my unit's outdoor condenser.

Jonathan was friendly and professional. He provided great information on our system and its inner workings. He didn’t try to upsell any products. I highly recommend Beyers Boys for all HVAC service needs.
