They were professional, quick, and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the bad breaker, got it replaced and now I've got working outlets again! They were thorough in checking the work and were happy to answer a few questions afterward. Electrician's hourly rate is a bit scary, but they had everything wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time.

They did replaced the breaker box in the house, but did not mark all the breakers. Told them to replace all the outlets in the house. They did except for the one for the refrigerator. While they were doing that, they somehow killed out some of the outlets in the kitchen. So had to have them come back out and fix the outlets. Told them to check every outlet to make sure they worked and label the breakers. Refrigerator plug still not changed. Half of breaker box still not labeled. One of the GFI not working, one of them loose in the box, no covers on any of them. I ended up changing out the refrigerator plug myself. I hope they are a good company, but the guy I had working left a lot to be desired.

Told the tech a previous tech had used a chemical for leaks and refilled the frion and it came back out so if the frion got refilled again it would leak right back out which would only make sense if nothing new is done to stop the leak right? Well after checking everything the tech disregarded what I said repeated the same thing as previous tech and it all came back out. I still had to pay the bill for it too and am back to square one. If tech could not find leak and they are aware of what happens when its refilled theres no reason to refill it. Did not listen at all and frion is not cheap. 4 stars instead of 1 is because the owner or rep is ethical and comes off like they love what they do and it shows in their service skills.

AC went out early in the morning of 7/20 and, they had my whole system replaced by Tuesday at 12:00 noon. On time, every time when scheduled to be at the house. All representatives were professional and knowledgeable. Could not be more pleased!

Answered all my questions, sometimes twice! I wanted to make sure I understood the problem and the solution. The unit was replaced a day sooner than expected, professional crew who were also personable and considerate.

Customer service is on point! Had an issue on a Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning. Scotty is the only guy we use for any A/C - heater work

Been with CK heating & cooling for years now, they set up our 2 new units for our new house, if we have any issues they arrive very quickly and resolve the problem right away and they don't scam you to fix things that aren't broken, highly recommend them for all heating and cooling systems and issues. Where do I start? We had a problematic Pioneer mini split install ... CK came out several times trying to fix the issue. Finally, Pioneer decided we had a dud outside unit and sent us a new one. Throughout the THREE service calls and countless time here trying to trace out the issue, CK was fair in their billing. The new unit fixed the issue! Fast forward to a month later and our unit starts freezing up ... CK sent a technician the same day, found the leak and filled up the freon ... again for a fair price. You CANNOT beat the genuine customer service provided by this company; David is FANTASTIC and so knowledgeable! We're headed to Midland and you bet your butts, we'll have CK come there if we need minisplit service!!!

I only realized that I had a problem on a Friday afternoon, and was hesitant to call because I was sure that I was going to have to wait until the middle of the following week until a tech would be available to come see what the issue was. However, I immediately called and not even 15 minutes later Johnny was at my door, he was professional and understanding. They made sure that I had a great experience with them and I would not hesitate in calling them again!

My A/C was not cooling, called CK on Saturday night at 8:15pm, the technician was in and out by 8:45! I am amazed by the timeliness and efficiency. The tech was friendly and gave me some tips on how to better maintain my unit. It was over 100 degrees today so I'm grateful. Highly recommend!!! (I never post reviews so that's how amazed I am by the service)

I have had CK’s come out every year for the last several years to work on the unit at my house. They have always been GREAT to deal with. So when it finally came time to replace the unit, CK’s was without question my first choice. As always, they did an excellent job! We couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. CK’s will always be my first call for any of our HVAC needs.

Three days ago the compressor burned up on our a/c unit. I called C K's late that afternoon. They came out the first thing the next morning. They went and picked up the compressor themselves instead of ordering it and making us wait while it was shipped. (it was 95 degrees in our house!!!) They came this morning an replaced the compressor. This is the second time I've used this company. They are the sweetest, nicest, and most respectful repairmen I have ever used. They do a great job, AND they clean up after themselves. They go above and beyond!

Called Friday morning and they came out about 10 o'clock. Replaced the water manifold. Found some other problems and fixed them too. And on top of all that they gave me a senior discount. Have the restaurants don't give seniors discounts. So far I'm pretty impressed with CK's. They will be my "go to plumbers" whenever I need a plumber.

They are very knowledgeable on anything I needed. I have used them for air conditioning and sewer systems. They are always very prompt and professional. They are very friendly and the price is reasonable. I would recommend them anytime.

The guys at CK’s were a God send. My AC stopped cooling, and before my house got hot they were on location testing my equipment. They helped me understand what my issues were, and gave me multiple options to repair/replace my equipment. They never tried to pressure me into the most expensive route, but instead explained all of the options thoroughly. After we made a decision on which route to take, they came back before they had scheduled- and replaced my unit. They were completely professional, courteous, and just all around a joy to do business with. I will recommend CK’s to everyone I can, with the full confidence that they will provide a great experience!
