Had a small problem this week when I tried to use the heater that they installed the new furnace and AC sent out a tech this morning. Had it fixed in about 30 minutes no charge thank you very much.

Great customer service..!! Took care of the problem when I needed it the most & very helpful... This is the Business to call.

Ryan is top notch! He literally came the same day I called him and gave me an estimate. Ordered the parts and scheduled to come fix the AC on Monday.
However his amazing service didn't stop there he knew how hot it was so he drove back out to our house at 10:00pm just to give us a window unit to get us through the weekend! If that is not the best customer service I don't know what is! Will always be our AC guy! 10 STARS in my book!

My air unit was not cooling but it was working Heath came in and diagnosed it in about 10 minutes after checking the system out he told me the problem and the cost very reasonable and very professional

My downstairs A/C wasn’t cooling, so based on recommendations from a Nextdoor group, I reached out to Ryan at Rycon and scheduled an appointment. They inspected both the indoor and outdoor units, added refrigerant; and due to concerns about how much had been lost since the last service, they returned twice to check for leaks. They eventually found the leak, repaired it, and refilled the system at no additional cost to me. I really appreciate that Rycon took the time to follow up and ensure the issue was fully resolved. Their commitment to customer care truly stands out.

I had to bring my 83 year old mom to my house because her A/C quit working. I had no idea who to call. I am so thankful I called this company!! Not only did a super nice guy named Ryan show up, he showed up very fast. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job! It's not just their work either, they are great people who really went above and beyond to help my mom get back to her house where she is the most comfortable. When spending your hard earned money, you’d want to have the entire job finished. Unfortunately, Rycon did not deliver on the finish aspect of the job in which they were paid to perform. Ryan and his crew are exceptionally nice people, and the AC system itself works well but unfortunately I didn’t pay Rycon for pleasantries.

Upon removing the AC unit to be replaced which included the removal and replacement of the original cement pad, Ryan stated that he nor his crew would be cleaning up the old pad as “it was too heavy” and that I should be the one to “grab a sledge hammer” and haul the debris to the dump. I don’t live in a million dollar home on the lake but I expect that when paying for a service, all debris is cleaned up and hauled away. If Rycon lacks the tools, vehicles or strength to finish the job completely, that should have been stated before work began.

I certainly wish I could go back in time and choose another AC company. If you want to hire Rycon please ask every imaginable question about what and what is not included in the job price. Lesson learned in that job completion and clean up is not included with Rycon. As a disabled veteran, my back certainly looks forward to cleaning up Ryan’s incomplete job.

Rycon installed a 4 ton system in my 35 year old house. He came in with a plan and did the entire install in 10 hours! Ryan is very friendly, professional and does everything he says he's going to do and then some. I had 100% confidence in him the entire time. I have been in construction half my life and I can say Ryan and his team do very clean work! They cleaned up after themselves, I couldn't even tell they were here. I will be recommending Rycon in the future!

Most companies will do anything to try to convince you to replace your unit, Ryan did not do that he found the problem and fixed the problem without ever trying to tell me I needed to replace my system. 10/10 recommend and will forever use them for any of our AC needs! I am incredibly impressed by this company, Ryan and his team. I am always hesitant trying out new service providers at the lake because you just never know the quality of work or people.
