Heroes. That's Ryan and tech Chris D. We tried 6 different local companies before finding Rycon. Each time someone came out was a minimum of $100 without a fix.
When Chris D. came out he wasn't here for more than 15 to 20 minutes and had heat coming out of the vents. Very professional. Contact this young man and they will get you taken care of.

The customer service they provide is like no other. You are the priority. They are a big part of the community involved in charity events etc. They actually care about the their customers.

Chris did an excellent job. He showed up on a Sunday and repaired our system. Its nice to find someone that truly knows how to do there job and takes pride in there work. I definitely recommend using them.

BEWARE! Had a new unit put in and the next year maybe two summers later it quit. called them out, had to pay $100 service call, guy came out and couldn't fix it. I was just screwed for a new a/c unit $5000. Then my 18 yr old neighbor that just graduated from high school came over and fixed it in 10 min. it was a problem with the installation, the wires to the unit were not connected well. But Rycon just said they can't fix it and that was it after it had only been one maybe two years, no more than two years since I had it installed. So you get no guarantee on the work. They will just walk away and not give it a second thought. Very unprofessional. Will never use this company again.

Chris showed up 10 minutes early and got my AC repaired in a couple of hours. This is the second time they have been out. They are always punctual and respectful.

Great customer service! Easy to work with. Average pricing. When they weren't able to get a part for our unit, they used their experience and ingenuity to manufacture the part we needed. I will ONLY ever let them work on our units if the need arrises. Bless y'all.
