    I had a horrible experience with Claudia's Cleaning Service. I never leave reviews but I want to warn my neighbors to beware and choose a different housekeeping service. My brother got married the first weekend of September and in preparation for entertaining, I booked with Claudia's. She had left flyers around our neighborhood and I was excited to support a smaller business. She was friendly and was able to clean on short notice. The actual cleaning was decent. We had to ask them to go over things but it wasn't the biggest deal. The price point is affordable. About a week or so after my cleaning, I went to vacuum my home and couldn't find my vacuum cleaner. I swept instead. A week after that a looked all over my home for my vacuum cleaner and it was gone. I remember that Claudia's business came with a similar model, and figured they grabbed it by mistake. I texted them and she confirmed that they had an extra vacuum cleaner, and would bring two options to my home so I could determine which one is mine. Instead she dropped off a vacuum cleaner and it is damaged. There are paint stains, scratches, and a damaged handle that were not there prior. I let her know that either this is not mine or it has gone immense wear and tear. If she can not bring my original vacuum, I would like to be reimbursed (the vacuum cleaner is on sale and less than half or what I paid for my cleaning appointment!). We are waiting on a resolution. I'm highly disappointed because they seem like nice people and I truly believe the vacuum was not taken intentionally. With that being said, please beware! You shouldn't have to be fearful of items being taken from your home, mistakenly or not. When people make mistakes, they should have enough integrity to make things right. It’s officially been two weeks since they said will contact me back and I’ve received no response. I’ve texted twice and have gotten nothing. I’m utterly disappointed.

    Claudia and her team were absolutely wonderful! They took on a split level home 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and knocked it out in 2.5 hours! We haven’t had it cleaned since December 2022 to save $ so it was a mess with two dogs and two adults and it is literally flawless! Pricing was great, communication to schedule was great, they were early to arrive and moved quickly. They got all the cracks and crevices, all the dust, all the windows, the floor is glowing. I highly recommend and will ask them to come back!!
