Plumbing reviews in Smithville, Texas

Super friendly, awesome people!

On time and on task. Answered any question. Totally satisfied

They were great and reasonable and got the job done quickly

I was extremely satisfied with my bathroom remodel. They did a great job within time restraints. They are professional and care about their work.

Very responsive and thorough. The communication was clear and the work was done well. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received!

BEWARE-Make sure they quote you before anything is done. Not transparent, you speak to one Co-Owner who says they understand, and to wait over the weekend while they work it out to the other Co-Owner threatening you first thing in the morning. Will be taking my business elsewhere. You should too. (They have responded here on google that there was an agreed price from my mother which is incorrect. There was never an agreed price or a invoice quote for the work. She explained to me before they do any work they have payment upfront which obviously is not the case here.)

Keith and Jesus are super sweet, respectful, and honest workers! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and if we have future issues we will contact yall again. God bless 🥰 Colossians 3:23-24

Please don’t hesitate to use Star of Texas Plumbing! Great customer service and the guys know what they are doing! Great prices, friendly, knowledgeable! Many years of experience! 20 years in service!
GOD BLESS! 🫶

Wonderful experience overall. I really appreciate the detailed customer service start to finish and how quickly they were able to respond. I will certainly reach out for the next plumbing need we have personally or for rental properties in the future. Thank you for the time you took informing us of your offerings!

Keith came to assess our smelly water situation. We had taken one shower since moving into our new house and the whole house smelled like rotten eggs for the rest of the day. We were in a bind. Couldn’t bathe, wash clothes or dishes. It was awful with 4 kids. Keith figured out the issue, then did whatever it took to fix it which was no small feat. Not only that, he fixed a leaky faucet while he was here too. We’re all so relieved we can use the water again. Thank you Keith at Star of Texas Plumbing!

Reggie and his son came by and methodically explained the various options we have in remodeling a bathroom, moving our water heater, and adding a bathroom. They repaired an issue in a second bathroom, located our cleanout, basically provided a range of services all in one call. They were professional and displayed a high level of knowledge and skill that will serve my wife and I in the coming months as we update our home. Beyond that their prices were extremely fair and I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will most certainly use them moving forward.

The guys did a great job on hydrostatic drain test. Quick, clean, accurate and a much better price than estimates from other Bastrop area plumbers.

Keith showed up promptly (8:00 for a window of 8 -10:00) and could not have been more mannerly and professional! The charge was very fair and there was no trip charge, which I really like.
Keith even placed a seal around one of my bathtub fixtures which he said was lacking and there would be no charge for!
I will definitely use Star Of Texas Plumbing in Smithville, TX for my next need!

We seriously can’t say enough good things about Star of Texas Plumbing. Their professionalism, quick response times, and unbeatable pricing make them stand out in a big way. Whether it's a small fix or a major job, they show up ready to work and always get it done right. These are the folks we trust—and the only ones we’ll call when it comes to plumbing. 100% recommend every time.

This company is amazing. From questions on FB, the office staff (Jen), to the kind and patient gents that came out to rescue us. They made special exceptions to get here quickly and took the time to explain what could be done and how to proceed. Pricing was amazing , response time was fantastic, and staff are truly king and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Star of Texas Plumbing was very professional, easy to work with and quick to get the job done. We had over 5 little jobs and a few larger ones. The company came in to give an estimate at 8am and had most of the work completed by end of that same day. They finished a few extra things we had asked of them the following morning and done before lunch. Great experience and the plumber’s experience really shined through in his advice and his workmanship. We will be recommending them to others!

Thank you for helping me get my plumbing fixed so my water filtration system could finally work properly! It turned out to be a simple issue but not something I could’ve figured out on my own. They were professional, on time, and extremely efficient! Saving me hours of frustration. Highly recommend their services!

This is the third repair Star of Texas has responded and fixed in a very timely manner. Their crew are all top notch professionals; they show up on time, get the work done and do what I consider extra tasks, such as moving and replacing the refrigerator in order to install a new line. Top notch.

Hired Star of Texas Plumbing using a vague description of what I needed. Reggie described what he will do and delivered above and beyond what I expected. Then I realized I needed more than what we agreed on and Reggie gave me a quote, added the things we need plus more. They care about the work they do and want to make sure you are happy. That’s what I experienced. I would hire them again.

This is one of the finest service companies that I have ever dealt with. The owner's son was running all calls the week he helped us and a neighbor. He was working a double shift set to overcome a family illness & you simply don't receive "old time care & service" like Keith delivered. We had an old toilet that had never been installed properly. Even though he was loaded with work, Keith & Jesse worked steadily to make the full blown repairs from the concrete up. We now have the nicest toilet we've ever had & got a great senior discount to boot! The price was more than fair & given only after a thorough inspection. I cannot recommend this company enough. My sincere thanks to all of them for what they do.

Star of Texas Plumbing did a fantastic job they worked fast and efficiently. The work was very well done, me and my family definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. They had are pipes fixed and water back on within less than an hour and we are very grateful for them helping us in our time of need. A+ in work and customer service. We will be calling them again for any future needs.
