Whitney at VonBerg went above and beyond to assist me with a broken AC on a holiday. She was able to answer all my questions and schedule a technician to come out first thing the following morning. Highly recommend using this company for any and all HVAC / Plumbing needs.

Professional, prompt, and personable. We had a bid to replace the HVAC unit in our house with a 3.5 ton unit for $10,800. That seemed high to me. So a family member referred us to vonBerg. They installed a 4 ton unit for $8900. Savings and a bigger and thus more efficient unit!! This translates to more savings. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work or installation.

Our unit was not pushing enough air to the west side of our home. We considered maybe having a mini split, but we were told our unit was large enough to service our home. The service tech recommended we get all new ductwork to help distribute the air, as well as insulation put in. Yes, they were pretty old. We even had extra vents put installed. It didn’t work they came out to check it and added sensors to the side of the house that was registering 80degrees. Well here we are still using plug in fans, running our ceiling fans and now our unit works so much harder trying to keep one side of my house cool. My bathrooms are stay really cold, one bed room is always cool and the kitchen is always hot as well as the den area. It’s frustrating that we are not even into the hotter summer days and I cant keep the house cool. The service guys are nice but we just can’t get this corrected.
