I've een without AC for nearly 24 hours and when contacted they did reply fairly quickly. However, I was looking for a faster response time so being offered the last call of the day or later in the day later in the week didn't make my heart jump for joy. True, my crisis is not their crisis and they are a very busy company, but I was looking for a contractor who could adress my AC problems quicker and solve the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Why three stars now (up from 2)? They could not meet my needs in a resonable amount of time but they seem to be a nice enough group of people. No results and no service to rate = fewer stars. Reasonable scheduling and good service = more stars.

They arrived on time and explained what the problem was and were able to fix it. Thanks so much!

highly recommend Irving Madrid. He is a very responsible, honest, and professional person. He installed an air conditioner and a mini-split system in two of my apartments at very reasonable prices, and the quality of his work was excellent.
