Horrible service. They didn't fix the problem fully and demanded additional payment for returning to complete the fix. Will not use them again.

We had a fraudulent charge for $350 on our card last month from Suncoast plumbing!!! Crooks!!! Thank goodness we got it straightened out with our charge card!!

Fixed our issue with clog between house and city pipes. They didn't give up after five minutes and completed the job. Very satisfied!!

Suncoast came out to fix an odor in our bathroom. Although they didn't fix the problem, I would recommend working with them because they fixed our invoice. I recommend Suncoast.

Seen some of there employees at a corner store doing drugs in the van! Unit 77 was the van! Guy gave me a dirty look when he caught me looking! Awesome employees to have knowing they are doing drugs before and after jobs!

Just had one of their drivers almost ran me off the road while arguing with another truck flicking a middle finger at this truck haven't had any work done but definitely will not recommend this company to anybody.

I’m leaving this review for the driver of van 34 today on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena. He changed lanes without a blinker, almost sodeswiping me. Then he did the same thing to another car the next lane over. I tried calling but the phone operator didn’t seem concerned.

I live in a condo and at the request of the condo management Sun Coast recently did plumbing work in my unit. They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.

One of their vans almost ran me off the road when they tried to go straight from the turn only lane. Proceeded to lean out the window yelling and flipping me off. Based on other reviews, it seems their driving is about on par with their plumbing service.

After a month long game of back and forth miscommunications and excuses of “so and so isn’t in today” someone finally came out to check the water heater that was purchased from their company only to be charged an outrageous “service” fee with no resultion to the issue. Every conversation with each employee was condescending, rude and no one ever had a direct answer to the questions asked. Their office management has awful customer service. Overall horrific experience, take your business elsewhere.

We had outside draining problems Monday morning, I called and had a technician here in less than an hour, Junior explained what he was doing, and within 20 minutes he told me the problem and I received the price, and it was fixed, and much less than I'd been quoted by bigger named companies.
Not to mention how personable and nice their staff is

Unit ending 56, driving like crazy, they had loose wood and drooping on 45 hwy, One of them hit my glass and it didn't stop even lower speed. Please close this company!!!

They were very nice and respectful of the urgency. They repaired our issues 9which were many, they took care of the permits needed) and cleaned up after. We are very satisfied and refer to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.

Was billed for work that was not done. The rudeness and lack of professionalism were unbelievable.

My experience is a bit dated, but only because when I first tried to write a review I could not find a site where they were not listed. But the experience was SO bad that every time I see one of their trucks I am reminded to check again, and this time my search was successful.

I'm not sure how I feel about this company yet. They did come out to give me an estimate. Most all of the work had been done I just need ed the water tide from my toilet to my sink and the connections checked for the rest of it and the pipe materials were already here. The estimate seemed a little high and I asked for a more detailed estimate other than the amount but have never heard back from them.

They did a good job installing the plumbing but charged me $460. I asked how much over the phone and they said $160 an hour. I did not ask for 2 techs and my impression was that $160 was a flat fee for the hour. I'm confused and they did not help. It could be my fault

We had a clogged sink which started a compounding of a few issues that ended up needing repaired. I had used another un-named plumber the week prior for something less involved and simpler, and they charged me a fortune. I reached out to another plumber who said they were booking more than a week out... So I called Sun Coast, and I described the issue over the phone, they gave me a rough estimate over the phone and were out an hour or two later. They ended up resolving all of the issues, and charged me the estimate they gave me. Very pleased with the service quality, price, availability/turn around time, and pricing transparency.

Please stop using this company, we can't afford to keep these maniacs on the road!!! Out of nowhere one of their vans swerves onto incoming traffic, then careening past a turn only lane, almost crashing into the car in front of me. The driver then begins yelling and screaming obscenities out the window at me for not driving off the road to let him into the lane.

He hits the brakes before running over the curb and hitting a lamppost, without even looking to see if it was clear, swerve again passing 2 lanes before over taking us on the opposite side. He again starts screaming obscenities out his window, almost driving into a ditch.

Please, I'm not the only one that has almost been killed by these guys, they need to have their licences taken from them!

I would strongly advise against using Sun Coast. Their customer service is atrocious, their technicians are incompetent, and their prices are outrageous. I regret ever contacting them, and I hope others can learn from my mistake. Look elsewhere for plumbing services; there are plenty of reputable companies out there that won't let you down like this one did. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and it has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
