On time, super fair on price !! The best appliance repair company in the DFW area hands down !!!

I called about my washer and dryer not working, and asked if there's any way they could schedule me last in the day so I didn't have to take too much time off work. They accommodated this, and Taylor and Billy arrived at the perfect time! They explained things to me in a way I'd understand easily and let me know what they were doing as they did it. Taylor asked me to let him know if there were any more problems, and even reached out on his own the next day to check up! Highly recommend!

Last year, Taylor came by to diagnose an issue with our washer and he fixed it promptly. He left a sticker on the washer when he left. Great service !

Well right before Thanksgiving ‘23, the washer cycle wouldn’t start. I called him and explained the issue. I was driving at the time and he asked me to text him pictures of the control panel and washer model info. I did. Apparently, the child lock was on (who knew?)
He sent me pictures and instructions and it was a quick and easy fix without him coming to diagnose and charging me $$ for what would’ve been a simple fix ! And saved the hassle too.
I am appreciative of folks like this - customer oriented and great service.

Taylor (owner) has worked on my microwave, my washer and dryer, my refrigerator, and my ice machine. He has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This business goes above and beyond! Outstanding service- price, communication and follow ups. We had a +20 year-old dryer and dishwasher repaired. They diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and installed with in a week. From the moment I called and talked w Taylor on the phone I knew this was the company I wanted working on our dryer, instead of replacing it. Their prices are better than 2 other companies I had called, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, answered all my questions, and they got to me the next morning. I even appreciated the inside of my dryer was vacuumed & cleaned while replacing the broken heating element. Taylor & his team did a great job & I would choose to use them again if ever needed.

I called and left a voice message and Taylor promptly returned my call. I told him the problem with our oven and he suggested that I trip the breaker to see if that would remedy the problem.

This is the fourth time I have used Appliance Repair Now for my home needs. This like all previous visits was top notch. Good to see a business owner who is honest and has integrity. The owner, Taylor, took a late phone call and spent a lot of time over the phone assisting in troubleshooting, this alone is rare. Scheduled an appointment for him to diagnose my issue and was thorough and honest about replacement part prices and labor. My neighbor utilized their services as well and the parts and repair cost was more than fair and comparable to prices found online for parts. Highly recommend.
