Disappointing experience. Waited weeks for them to complete a job, only to have them come back and tell me they don’t want to do it. Used the excuse of not signing a contract, yet one was never provided and through multiple email communications on proceeding and eta inquiries it was never once mentioned I needed to sign anything. Sounded like they never got organized to add me in the queue and then decided to just not do the job after I finally pressed on an ETA. Be sure to get a clear eta on job completion upfront, strung me along to just let me down. Found another provider that was 40% less for the same scope of work using the same exact stain product.

Working with Sure Shot Stain and Seal was a positive and seamless experience. The owner took time to walk my property, understand what we needed, and just as importantly, what the HOA required! Communication was easy, the work was done timely and unobtrusively, and the results were fantastic. After they left, the only way I knew they were there was the clean stone, walk, mailbox, driveway, and the neatly painted fence!

Mark did a thorough job cleaning the stone work in our façade and outdoor fireplace. He paid a lot of attention to detail, right down to covering up the plants that might have been affected. He was very responsive and simply a pleasure to work with .

Reached out for estimate for power washing and stain as a result from hail damage to fence. The power washing and stain makes the fence look better than before the damage! They were careful to cover the brick and patio items to prevent any stain issues and had a superb attention to detail. *Addendum: As of Wednesday 10/14/2020 Mark Abelson power washed our fence and restained it to brand new condition and it looks outstanding. This company is family owned, honest and delivers what they promise on schedule with a superior quality unmatched in the general marketplace.

Mark Abelson and family did an excellent job on cleaning and staining my fence and arbor for less than half of what others estimated. They were very professional, even hand-staining large portions due to high winds. They cared for my property, carefully covering items. When estimating the job, Mark gave me some sound advice on how to repair the fence and arbor. My fence should last another 20 or so years.

I contacted Mark to get some repair work done on the stain around the house and garage doors, after a hail storm. Mark offered tremendous help with my insurance claim and he did a fantastic job. The stain color is beautiful and Mark came back to fix a couple of little things, much faster than I expected.. He even stained a couple of pieces so that they would match the rest of the wood. I would use Mark and his company again and would recommend to anyone. Beautiful work and very professional!!.

Highly recommend Mark and the Sure Shot Stain and Seal guys. Mark is a former Marine and it shows. A thoroughly professional job from top to bottom. The team got to our house on Friday when they said they would. They were thorough in cleaning our 4 year old fence and preparing it for re-staining. Amazing difference in the wood after 4 years of gunk was cleaned off. The guys came back on Monday, just like they said. Got the fence perfectly stained; just the way I wanted. Looks like a new fence again. Mark also left me a bottle of touch up stain. Did I mention he cleaned my driveway and front walk as well? Mark and Sure Shot are the best for the job and i'll be calling on them again next time my fence needs stain and sealing!! Very reasonable pricing too!

Mark and his wife did an excellent job staining our fence. We were always in constant communication prior to the work done. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner considering the windy weather and some unexpected hurdles. Mark was a pleasure to work with. Him and his team did a fantastic job pressure washing my fence, driveway, side walk and front porch. The three fences that border my backyard were different ages and he was able to stain them to look them same. They were also able to raise the fence on one side of my yard where years of erosion covered and started rotting the bottom of the fence.
