Salvador and Logan offered services that I required versus what they could sell. I appreciate the professionalism and not being oversold. I had all of my carpets and couches cleaned. I have off white high-end low pile carpet that is difficult to clean as well as white fabric couches. Everything was vacuumed to near dry and all furniture was appropriately protected throughout the process. I will hire them again. My home is 5k square feet.

I contacted steam master clean to come and do a full top to bottom deep cleaning of the new house I was moving into. Prior tenants and landlord handed the unit to me in terrible condition. This company was very easy to schedule with. The person who showed up to clean was named Salvatore, He was very nice very professional and did an incredible job.

He was here for About eight hours, he cleaned my carpets my tile, my grout and wood floors On three different level levels. My place feels and smells incredible. I am so happy I did this. Thanks again to Salvatore!

Jacob and Alexander came out just a few hours after I called which was very impressive. I was not home but my wife was and Jacob made sure to call me to go over pricing and the details. The carpets and rugs were cleaned with no issues and left the house smelling brand new. Highly recommend this company especially with same day service. When I arrived home they were finishing and Alexander even showed me around the van as they were putting the tools back. Very structured process and it was all around a great experience. Cannon did amazing. Was able to work with my budget and knocked out my couch, area rug and stairs for a reasonable price. Great tech! Great service. Super knowledgeable about treatments and stain prevention. I have a white couch, 5 year old twin boys along with a 1 year old lil girl, you can only imagine. Everything looks brand new! I had my white sofa and white tile grout cleaned by Salvador A. from Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration, and he did an outstanding job—far beyond my expectations.

My white couch had been through a lot of wear and tear, yet Salvador managed to make it look like new again. The grout on my white tile floor was nearly black before, but he restored it to its original bright color.

Salvador is hardworking, polite, and very professional. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality cleaning and restoration.

Excellent service , I just called on Monday they were able to come today. I was still able to work in the home. They were efficient and my results are wonderful I have a pet and it looks band new like I just moved in.

I called asking about deep cleaning my couch due to my cat peeing on it. (Our at home attempts weren’t getting the smell out. )

I got an appointment for the next morning. At the beginning of my appointment window (8 AM -2 PM), I received a call about a technician coming out. Cannon came out and was so friendly, helpful, understanding, and thorough with his work. He explaining his process and answered my numerous questions even while he was working.

Update: So Idk how long it suppose to stay clean but the dog smell came back after 3-4 weeks. Aw that sucks I thought this woukd really work smh. Izzac and Chris are still great workers now I'm just wondering can I get my couch cleaned again for free or at a really low price.... also what happened to my pictures I posted after the cleaning?

Came today did 3 rooms for our home. Very professional and well educated. Was honest and genuine, I didnt feel he was pressuring or just trying to up sale us. Quick and thorough, im very pleased with the outcome! Would highly recommend!

My parents are up in age and I can’t help as much as I wast too but Chris told me not to worry, he has everything he needs in his van to pad flush all the urine out of the carpet. He said it’s a good thing I didn’t use any store bought treats because they can bleach the carpet
