We are very happy with our recently completed Claffey pool. From the very beginning, working with Shelly then Jeremiah and Joel was a great experience. Everyone was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and available. The attention to detail and quality of work was fantastic. We can’t recommend Claffey Pools highly enough.

Where to begin?! My wife and I had heard several pool construction nightmares prior to receiving quotes for a new pool build and after researching companies, Claffey seemed to have the reputation we were looking for.

The impression made from the beginning was outstanding and started with Erin who quickly responded to us and worked around our schedules to come up with a design from scratch. We had ideas for our outdoor living space and she brought it to life more beautiful than we could have imagined. The 3D rendering provided were outstanding and when we conveniently wanted to make adjustments, Erin was able to make the changes and we never felt like a nuisance.

Moving into the permit and pre-construction phase was slow and tedious and the team at Claffey was super responsive, working with our HOA through us and getting everything done that needed to be with the city. This process could have been much more difficult if it wasn’t for their dedicated team.

Moving on to the construction phase was extremely exciting and working with Erik, our project manager, was a pleasure. Erik was easy to get in contact with throughout the project and he was on top of all the subs to make sure things were completed efficiently and correctly. He even made some adjustments along the way to help with the aesthetics of the pool and outdoor living area. We had a couple hiccups along the way with certain materials not being ordered on time, and Erik went above and beyond to remedy the situation so we could still meet our deadline. I liked being involved in the whole process and Erik never made me feel like an annoyance, even when I’d ask him questions after hours and on weekends.

Finally, nearing the end of the project, we were connected with Jasen who got us up to speed on all the pool equipment, lights, pumps, winterization and the like. He made it very easy to understand and was also incredibly responsive to my many questions. He got us setup on a maintenance program and got me up to speed on what to expect.

Truthfully everyone on our project was outstanding and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. They truly brought us a mini paradise in our backyard. Thank you Claffey and a huge thank you to Erin, Erik and Jasen!

Excellent service from start to finish! Mike walked me thru the selections with his expertise, Sue kept me informed at all times, and Jasen is just the perfect project manager! Such a pleasure to watch craftsmen working, happy the outcome achieved all I had in mind, and probably the best expenditure of my money for the services received! A long time Claffey customer and will continue to be so! Nice to get something done without issue or question and amazing results!

Ryan was very thorough with the explanation of the new Aqua Link controller installed today. He took the time to get their apps properly downloaded on both my wife’s and I‘s phones, and was patient in walking us through all the variables. Our experience with Claffey since we switched to them recently as our primary pool service provider has been Excellent!

It was time to replace our lighting of our Claffey Pool. Audrey was so awesome in working with us and getting it scheduled. I am very thankful about the way that Rob and the Claffey team responded to fix a very unusual problem with my pool. The problem turned out to be very complex to solve. Claffey brought the required experts, including experienced engineers to make sure the problem was fixed properly, addressing the root cause. The communication was great. Rob made sure that I was informed every step of the way. His professionalism, knowledge, and leadership were very valuable. I knew I was in great hands with him! He addressed every detail to make sure that every aspect - pool structure, plumbing, deck, landscaping, etc, etc were done correctly and completely met my expectations.

It was also very helpful to hear feedback from some of the workers fixing my problem, about the way that Claffey will consistently be there for their customers to completely correct problems in the unlikely event that problems arise. These were workers from companies that Claffey has partnered with for many years.

I did some research when I selected Claffey. Their cost was on the higher side. However, it is so worth it! I would select them all over again! Not only because they do beautiful work, but mostly because I know that, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, Claffey will make things right! Thank you Rob and Claffey team! I am enjoying my beautiful pool!

Jerime is the best technician they have! He’s always on top of what needs to be serviced and was really great about reaching out to walk us through how to prepare the pool during this winter blast that we just had. He is such a valuable asset to Claffey Pools!

Service Call - Tech (Ryan) did a great job showing up on time and was friendly and helpful in answering questions. I have been a Claffey customer for over a decade and would never consider not using them to support the pool they built for us.

Talk about a total transformation! Claffey took our dated and run down back yard and turned it into a beautiful oasis. They remodeled our existing pool and built a new cabana. No detail was too small and every step was overseen with great care. We were so grateful for Shawn. His amazing attention to detail and availability are truly invaluable. He made this very long (9 months) project tolerable. Would highly recommend Claffey, Shawn, and every worker who contributed for any project.

Justin Hennessy, our service technician from Claffey Pools, truly went above and beyond when replacing one of our malfunctioning pumps. He took the time to thoroughly test everything before leaving, ensuring the system was running perfectly, speeds were correctly set, and all valves were properly adjusted. Outstanding service! Working with the outstanding team of Jasen and Erin Kidd, our experience was beyond pleasant.
As new clients, Erin was quick to put us at ease with her extensive knowledge and understanding of what was needed and the outcome we desired. Our project was a total pool makeover, to include state of the art pool equipment, resurfacing, updating spa and enlargement pool deck, gorgeous stonework and designated garden areas on both side of walkway leading to the pool’s deck. Once the reins were turned over to Jasen, the project moved swiftly, efficiently, and with care.
We were givin a complete weekly schedule, every week. With the various projects needing to be completed, every crew that was sent arrived on time, and well skilled. It was refreshing to see
the pride each crew had in the results of their work. No crew left for the day until everything was absolutely perfect, and pool area cleaned.

Jasen was hands-on during the entire project, and was amazing at communicating with us every step of the way. We never once felt stressed or concerned about any step of the seven week project…. The team of Jasen and Erin Kidd absolutely exceeded expectations. They handled our project flawlessly. I highly recommend Claffey Pools… Definitely a five star experience!

We had a record breaking rainfall the day after my pool was cleaned. Then, we had more rain on the weekend. My pool was as blue as could be! It’s a Christmas miracle. No, our technician Chris Martin is a miracle! 😉

Claffey Pools and Chris have been the best pool service we have hired. Chris is faithfully here on our clean day every week. He puts in the time and effort to ensure our pool is looking good and functioning well. When we have had issues with our pool, the service team has pulled through to fix the issues. We are so appreciative of Chris and all his has done to keep our pool in great shape. He truly cares and it shows!

Very impressed with Matt Lucio! He was able to get blood stains out of carpet that I just knew would be impossible to remove. Matt was professional, on time, took care into protecting the baseboards and front entry so the hoses would not scratch the door. We will definitely use them again.

Mathew did a fantastic job for carpet cleaning. Steam Master is a very professional and very comprehensive service. They initially offered to come in and evaluate the carpet to give a quote free of cost. Mathew was very thorough and went over every detail of what the issue was, he walked through all the rooms with his UV light and showed me his concerns. He formulated a plan for his recommended services and explained everything in detail including the reasoning for his recommendations. The pricing is a little bit on the higher side but he offers a variety of services. Mathew initially used a commercial HEPA vacuum, then did a turbo power scrub, Level 1 pet topical treatment, neutralizer deodorizer, 3M scotchgard for the carpet to prevent further stains and to improve the life of the carpet. He ended the service with the speed dry fans. The carpets look very clean and smells fantastic. I would hire their team again. Great job Mathew! Thank you.
