I had an exceptional experience with the steam clean carpet specialists, Jacob and Baron. Their same-day service, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would confidently rate them 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Called to inquire about pricing but they wouldn’t give even a standard baseline quote for carpet cleaning. Scheduled an estimate/possible cleaning of an empty house; the guy who came explained he wasn’t sure how to treat the stains since we weren’t sure what caused them. He tried everything he had (and charged me for each failed attempt) and after, there was virtually no difference in the carpet color. I told myself that the cost was at least peace of mind that the carpet was sanitized, but I could’ve used my own personal shampooer for that and saved $815 or put that towards new carpet. Complete waste of money, don’t recommend, won’t use this company again.

George & Fernando did amazing with all of our rooms! We had them clean 3 rooms, the price was also very reasonable considering the time the took to clean. Glad they took their time because we got good results

Jessie did an amazing job on my carpet! Very detail-oriented and really took his time to make sure everything was spotless. It honestly looks and smells brand new. I’ll definitely request him back next time it needs a refresh!

Cannon ball was very professional. He got the job done in a short amount of time. My carpet had a lot of stains that was hard to come up. He did such a good job with getting them up. Im definitely using this company again and I prefer for Cannon to come back.

I made an appt two weeks ago with another company and took off work to be home. They showed up and told me they couldn’t do the job bc of the positioning of my apt. I called steam masters and they didn’t hesitate to work me into their schedule the same day!!!!
I couldn’t believe it. What service! Matt showed up, assessed the property, and did what he had to do to make it work. My carpet looks brand new and my business now belongs to steam masters! Thank you Matt Lucio. You are a diamond and the epitome of professionalism!

Big Thank you to MATT LUCIO, he didn't just do a great job and stop at good. He went above and beyond. He definitely knows his job very well. I had some white chairs that I didn't think would be cleanable. They look brand new! He used a fine fabric shampoo cleaning and worked so hard. I will definitely be using this company again for any services needed in the future.

Gabriel and Michael showed up on time, explained the process and was able to do the job the same day.
I had an issue with cat smell from the previous owner and the team did an awesome job of eliminate the smell.
They also steam cleaned the floors which had a film of dirt and grime. Spent so much time making sure to get each area of the floor clean and even ask me along the way if I needed anymore cleaning in specific areas.
I do believe they did an exceptional job. Now the cleaning was pricy and as a customer/ consumer, I prefer a price list before hand. This was not provided by Steam Master management. That is the one thing I would have liked to have beforehand.

Salvador and Cannon did a great job! We had a lot of pet stains and were skeptical they would come out. Including on some custom furniture. But they got them out and everything looks and smells brand new! They definitely exceeded our expectations! Would use again for sure.

Logan Rae was very hard-working and respectful and really bubbly personality and the great job on my bedroom. I was strongly recommend you guys have Logan to do your home.

We initially contacted Steam Master for carpet-cleaning only, but then we loved the awesome work Baron and Juan did, we asked to do our grout cleaning in the bathrooms and we were very happy with the result.

We added more service as a result, and Matt did the air-duct cleaning. All the ducts are visibly clean and free of pollutants as shown in the picture.

Thank you Baron, Juan, and Matt, we will definitely talk to you again for our next cleaning.

Sal and Anthony did a fantastic job. I wasn’t at home, so they called and went over the specific plan to clean my daughter’s carpet (which was a total disaster). They were efficient and communicative, and best of all, they got all of the stains out of her carpet, which I didn’t think would be possible. Definitely recommend!! I wish I had before pictures to share.

Logan did a great job with explaining to us all the treatments he recommended and breaking down the prices for everything. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone, the carpet looked and smelled great.

Salvador and Anthony came out, and did a deep clean on all my carpet, not only did they give me the best deal but their work is quick and amazing! I have an older dog who has more accidents and after they were done you would never know! Very professional and insightful. They did an amazing job and got a forever customer from me!

I called Steam Master Cleaners to clean my couch and Izzac came to assess the situation and he was not able find a water source. So he left and went to buy an adapter for one of my faucets! They make sure they can get the job done!
