I have used them yearly since 2015 for window cleaning and fogged window replacement. I have always received professional service that is prompt and fairly priced. I can't remember ever having a problem.

We had a great experience with Radiant Windows & Glass. We had them replace 6 windows' worth of glass to eliminate some foggy panes and upgrade the glass for higher energy efficiency and a more modern look (went gridless). The entire experience was very professional and efficient. Each person we interacted with through the process (office staff for booking, the estimator, and the installers) were all very easy to work with and accommodating to our needs (didn't push more scope out of respect to the budget, worked with us on scheduling requests, etc.). It all went exactly as they explained which is all I can ask! Would highly recommend!

Update (3 months later): We so appreciated their work on the first go that we had them back out to replace the rest of the window glass in our house. It was another excellent experience. Edgar did a great job installing them all. Patrick was very attentive to our needs. This company makes sure they do right by you and I truly cannot recommend them more highly.

Shane, Patrick and the entire team have been a delight to work with to install 40+ windows in our Southlake, TX home built in 1999. They provided detailed explanations of the pros and cons of each window option. The quote was clear, concise and competitive! The installation crew were respectful, and worked quickly displaying evident pride in their work. Following the installation, a window washer was dispatched to clean all the windows inside and out. We couldn't be happier with our selection of Radiant Windows for our home! Radiant provided exemplary customer service and focus!

Contacted Radiant thru a referral from another glass company. The 1st company doesnt cut for 2 bedside tables. So Radiant does.
