I was scheduled promptly for an assessment. Joe showed up, when scheduled for the initial assessment, listened to my concerns and we discussed options. Joe made recommendations based on his experience and knowledge as well. I was sent an estimate for all the work that we had discussed, including nice approved they promptly got me on the schedule to get started.
Being an older, single woman I greatly appreciate their transparency, personability and that they put my safety first!

Chuck and his team nailed it! They arrived on time, did a fantastic job setting up the electric for my new Jacuzzi, and upgrading my electrical panel. I'm over the moon with their work and would absolutely recommend them without any doubt.

We have used Chapman twice to help upgrade the lighting in our house; the first in 2022 when they replaced all our light cans with LED wafers and updated all of the fans, undercounter, bathroom, and hanging light fixtures. They also installed upgraded exterior floods. They recently came back and we had them add above cabinet lighting in the kitchen and LED ceiling lights in 4 rooms that previously only had ceiling fan lights. They also troubleshooted a few issues for us. They always do a fantastic job - on time, on schedule, great quality and great team members!!!

I decided to use Chapman electric because several people in a Lakeway Facebook group had recommended them. I am so glad that I ended up having them come and do the work I needed done. I had two rather heavy medieval looking chandeliers that were installed when my home was built that I had always wanted to take down and have replaced with something more modern. Not only did they show up early but they were able to take down these two chandeliers and install the two new ones in about 30 or 40 minutes. They were so friendly and informative and kept a very clean careful workspace. I also just had my floors redone so I was a little nervous about whether they would take the right kind of caution in protecting this very expensive asset. They did a phenomenal job. They also moved my old chandeliers into a space where I planned to store them. All in all I would give them a five star rating. I absolutely plan to use them again if I have other electrician needs.

Trent and his partner from Chapman Electric installed a new chandelier, moved a ceiling fan to a new location, and added a new outlet box in our office. Trent was thorough, focused, and a good listener. The team was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient.

Tayler arrived promptly, did a thorough safety inspection of our smoke detectors and electrical panels, provided recommendations for improvements (without being pushy), and quickly installed a new ceiling fan and remote control assembly.

Excellent customer service and professional install. James came out for estimate, super clear on various L2 EV charger options with my garage sub-panel. Ramiro followed up as scheduled, again clear communication and excellent work. Magnify team is worth the call!

Felt like diagnosis was not accurate because the issues did not improve after tech replaced 2 light switches and removed the 2 corresponding lights that were supposedly causing issues in 3 other outlets. Initially, I was asked if the lights that were removed because they were deemed faulty should be reinstalled. The tech persuaded me to not get them reconnected stating it “would be easier for whoever had to replace them”. When the tech started putting things back in, I pointed out to the tech that the issue was not solved in any of the other areas that were diagnosed even though he said that the garage outlet was newer and wouldn’t have any more issues. At this point the tech changed his tune when I asked him to reinstall light fixtures and declined at first. Then he said he could put back up without connecting the wires because if someone used the switches it would cause issues again. The lights that were causing the issues per tech have been working intermittently but issues only started to happen when the garage outlet stopped working. The garage outlet that was not working at all was not replaced because supposedly it would work without the bad lights but in the end the known bad garage outlet was not replaced and none of the other items that stopped working when the garage outlet first went bad. Their prices for replacing standard lights, switches, outlets is also overpriced.

Installed EV charger including running power about 50’ through wall and attic. Did exactly what they said. Fast, clean install. Very professional.

I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend Magnify Electric and Jeff. They were prompt knowledgeable and able to get the job done when I had another Electrician advise my exterior garage lights could not be installed without exposed metal tubing. Jeff did it no problem. I found them to be very honest as well. As my final price actually was cheaper than the initial estimate.I am very satisfied and will likely continue with them for future electrician needs!
