We had a major bathroom leak that spread to a bedroom before raining down onto the dining room below. I frantically searched for a water remediation company and quickly discovered that UWRG of West Spring had good reviews and were available 24/7.

Within 45 minutes of my call, the amazing team of Jason, Maria & Carlos arrived with all the equipment needed to remove everything wet or damaged. They quickly set up fans, dehumidifiers and Hepa filters. They put plastic up to separate the affected rooms, and also laid plastic down and wore shoe covers to protect our unaffected flooring. They even helped pack glassware and other items that needed to be moved. They took care of Everything so efficiently, professionally and Compassionately. Their communication was top-notch. Jason answered our many questions and always let us know when they would be coming each day to monitor the drying progress. It was an extremely stressful situation, but they all took good care of us and made things as pleasant as they could possibly be.

Bub was extremely responsive, was never late and was accessible even after business hours. They were able to calmly walk through the steps of demolition and mitigation of the water damage from the leak we had. Their approach was measured. They were skillful and efficient in the entire process, carefully demolishing only what was appropriate. A wonderful team to call during a stressful situation. Would highly recommend.

United Water Restoration recently restored my mother in laws home after it suffered fire and water damage. Jason was incredibly helpful and got his crew to work immediately which we really appreciate because everything wet had to be removed right away. Jason came to my rescue when water flooded my master bedroom from an ac line clog. I was lost, overwhelmed and quite frusterated but Jason assured me he would take care of everything and worked with me to meet my budget. I am so thankful for his prompt and effecient crew. United Water Restoration Group was at our house within 45 minutes of discovery of sewage backup into our house. Project manager Jason Majkszak patiently stuck with us throughout the process of working with our insurance company to get approval for damages and helped walk us through the process. He also regularly communicated with our insurance company to help the process. He was patient with our questions and when approval was granted by insurance company to cleanup damaged areas he had a crew out in less than 24 hours. They worked carefully to remove damaged kitchen island and were able to save the large piece of granite. I felt confident that the area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. They were always on time, let us know when they were coming, and were competent about how to deal with category 3 water damages. You won’t find a better and more honest Water restoration company in Houston!!

This company is very reputable and worked at one of our properties. Jason and Maria did a great job in understanding what needed to be mitigated, recommended a game plan, and helped us stay within our budget for this project. Jason was very professional and had great communication in always letting me know what work was being done at the property. Shannon and Michael were at our house the next day and got everything done over the next few months. They even helped when the insurance adjuster came to our house. It was painless.

I used Shannon and the folks at global services initially to help with a leak I had under my foundation. Shannon came out and found cracks in the driveway he thought to be the problem. They sealed the cracks and painted the driveway and on the next big rain storms no more leaking. Here about a month ago I noticed the trim over my garage was sagging. Shannon and his team came out and determined the header over the garage was rotten and needed to be replaced. The professionalism of their crews, the quality of the work was top notch and is was very reasonably priced. Global has done 2 projects for me that have been flawless and I recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their home.

These guys still believe in craftsmanship and are experts at the craft. Very hard to find a company that communicates as they do. I never felt I as left in the dark as I have felt with a contractor in the past. While the process of remodeling is frustrating they gave a full schedule/scope and we were able to work around them and not totally feel as a large project was going on in the house. In addition, I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the cleanliness of the crew which again I had not experienced in the past. In short these are the guys you want on your job and in your corner in dealing with the insurance companies....

After lightning destroyed my home, they were fire. Shannon and Matthew came, and I only had to worry about my family. They took care of everything. Matthew also worked with the insurance agent to ensure that all those things that needed to be replaced or replaced and not just fixed I never had to worry they listen to my concerns and make sure I was satisfied. Every step of the way the work is excellent and even so they’ve given me a warranty on all of the work.

I've been dealing with contractors for over 20 years; I cannot say that it has been all good experiences. Thank goodness for Global Service, they are the first company in all my years, that actually did what they say said. They were very clear on the work to be performed and provided a realistic schedule. They showed up on time and were very courteous. The gentlemen that performed the work picked up after themselves and always made sure to park in areas that did not interfere with my vehicles or property. I've even had them do a roof for me and they definitely are "one of a kind" they were exceptional on quality of materials used and the quality of craftsmanship. Love, love, love my backyard oasis. Rock retainer wall built around our pool, pebble rock section added in the back and new grass area was just the finishing touch we needed!
