Melvin and Bub were very helpful, they both walked me through the process. They were both prompt and informative especially since they knew I had never dealt with an issue like this before. Bub left the area where he worked extremely clean. I would recommend their services.

United Water Restoration was quick to respond by sending Bud out. He quickly surveyed the damage and was quickly performing the demo with his crew. Within a few hours they removed all the damaged material and begin the drying process.

Great and prompt service, when I called them to see if they could get some one out to my house for water damage and clean up they were there with in 45 minutes. Maria and her crew were very professional and quick to remove the damaged parts of the house, they worked safe and cleaned up every piece of trash and debris. Great work I'm definitely recommend them.

We had a cracked drain pipe that flooded our kitchen ceiling. Bub came out the next day, explained the drying process thoroughly and dealt directly with our insurance. He even recommended someone to complete the repairs. I hope we don't have another instance of water damage in the future, but we know who to call if we do.

Unfortunately due to being a new homeowner only living in the home three weeks this was very difficult, the guys were very comforting in how the repairs would take place. Amazing company. We had a leak in our upstairs tub that created a mess throughout the bathroom that extending into the bedroom and the downstairs closet. Our service provider, Bub, came in with a professionalism not often found anymore. He was polite, patient and armed with relative information that put us at ease. Bub and Melvin responded to my home after a plumbing issue, resulting in standing water in my home. Not only did they show up in a timely manner, but still came out even though my issue occurred late in the afternoon. On Oct. 6th we had a toilet overflow,only to wake up to water all over the house. Call these guys and they were super quick to respond. Mel showed up got some equipment set up and and returned that morning to get started with the demo. They did an outstanding job. Al then showed up to assure us that everything was going to be ok. After a week of drying and demo my contractor came in and said it was the cleanest demo job he has ever seen from a mitigation company. He was pleased as well as I. I can’t say enough good things about United Water restoration Group. Buba and Melvin provide professional service with their introductions and explanation of what they will be doing to ease our minds. Buba and Melvin got to work right away. They are so organized in how they work with the equipment used for the demolition. The teamwork between the two is outstanding.
