Constraction reviews in Spring, Texas

Capital K and their team did a wonderful fire restoration job for us. Their team worked tirelessly until everything was back to normal. So grateful for their quick response and care. We highly recommend them.

Partnering with Kal and the team at Capital K for our remodel has been highly rewarding.
Capital K stood out as the best candidate based on testimonials and by presenting a detailed bid in a timely manner.
Throughout the project the communication on every detail was thorough and transparent. Kal and Brandon shared their objective opinions and advised but always listened and executed the plans and any changes to a high standard.
They finished a demo, kitchen remodel, patio and utility room build in 12 weeks as promised and maintained a high degree of workmanship and attention to detail right to the end.
We consider Kal and Brandon friends and will recommend them to anybody.
Capital K surpassed our expectations. I never thought they could maintain a 5 star review but they absolutely deserve it.

Kal and his crew did such a phenomenal job! We had a plumbing issue in our guest bathroom that resulted in a huge mold problem. Not only did Kal fix the plumbing issue, but he helped us to completely remodel the bathroom (everything had to be removed due to mold) and made the bathroom handicap accessible for my son. He even adjusted the sizing on the cabinets so that my son could reach the faucets from his wheelchair. He has made such a positive impact on our family and is such a kind, genuine person. We are thankful that he was brought into our lives and grateful for the quality work that was done in our home. It is rare to find someone who cares about the details, fair in pricing, and also who does such wonderful work. We will be customers for life - thank you Kal!!

Capital K Contractors did an outstanding job repairing the 2x8 over the entrance of my garage. They arrived early and removed the rotted wood, sanded/prepared the surface , installed a new board and got it painted by the end of day.

The paint color was matched perfectly. Clean up was done thoroughly and all trash was bagged and placed neatly beside the garage. I will definitely use them in the future.

Capital K replaced our roof and did an amazing job! Kal was very professional and reasonable. His crew are early birds, but hard workers! We are very excited about our new roof! Thank you!!

They started out OK but when the roof started leaking again last December, I immediately notified them. Then it leaked again in February and I notified them again. I was ignored for 2 weeks until the ceiling finally collapsed from the rainwater, then they decided to come "fix" it. It still leaked, plus they had the audacity to ask to be paid to fix the ceiling they destroyed. I finally hired a real roofer. I'll be sending them the bill for my damages.

I’m not sure where to begin, but what I can tell you about Kal and his team is they are true professionals. We looked for several years to find a contractor that we felt like we could trust, after our initial consultation with him we immediately felt like we had the right guy. From concept to completion, Kal was great to work with. His timely communication and thoughtful responses to our questions made us feel at ease as we went through this process. Now, we took our house literally to the foundation, and did a whole home remodel. Kal raised our ceiling, moved walls, did complete overhaul of our plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical. He redid our kitchen, our living room, both bathrooms, and built a walk-in closet for our master bedroom. To say that we are pleased would be an understatement. This contractor knows what he’s doing. And I would highly recommend him to anyone.

And I don’t know that I have the right words to articulate How much we enjoyed working with him. I feel like not only do we have a trusted contractor for the rest of our lives, but we also made a friend. If you’re considering any type of small scale all the way up to large scale remodel you definitely need to give Kal a call. We love what he did for us!

Capitol K Contracters did an outstanding remodel on a 1970's house that my husband and I bought several months ago mainly for the view of the golf course which we love. The house is very compartmental. Each room is behind a wall. We knew we would miss the openness from our current house. We talked of opening the wall between the kitchen and living room at a later date but the more we talked to Cal the owner of Capitol K about changes it just made sense to do it before we moved in. Cal had great ideas around what to do so we said let's do it and we are so glad we did. Cal was involved every step of the way, he was there at the house working himself. He had a great person working for him also named Romeo. I can't say enough good things about the work done. He kept us up to date on everything along the way. His work ethic and attention to detail was wonderful. This is a journey for us with this house and everything that needs to be done and we will be using Capitol K Contracters again. No doubt about it.

Also, want to mention I found out about Capitol K from my sister who used them to redo their primary bath and was happy. We used Capitol K to redo work from another contracter in our remodeled bathroom from our previous house that was shabby work. I was not happy with the floor tile work and the original contracters couldn't fix it among other things. We hired Capitol K and Romeo redid our floors and they look amazing. Cal fixed some plumbing issues and you couldn't tell where they had to do sheet rock work. That's why we used them again when we got our new house. Very dependable.

We had an amazing experience working with Kal, Brandon, and everyone they sent out. They were always in communication with us, went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, and minimized inconveniences for us living in the house. The quality of work was great and the pricing was competitive. I’m sure we’ll be doing more jobs with them in the future. We are so happy with the work that was done! Thank you guys!

The Capital K team did a wonderful job on our home! We did an entire house renovation and they walked through with us, heard what we wanted and made it happen. They communicated often and were receptive to requests for changes. The house looks completely different in the best way. Kal and Brandon were super knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. They were able to set a time line and adhere to it. We are so happy to be in our house! Thank you Capital K!

Kal and his team are professional, personable, and experienced. We appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of work. We're extremely happy with how our living room turned out and cannot wait to furnish and enjoy it!
